Maybe worth adding where from. I believe they are members of GVCMCC club (I had email regarding thefts from the club), were the bikes taken from Gloucestershire ??

Does anyone in the UK stock the Delkevic system. ??

I have had to ride the Scorpa 125 recently and realised how snappy it is right at the bottom end compared to my TLR200. Talking to another 125 owner today he has carried out a mod by removing the woodruff key and retarding the ignition by half the keys thickness. Has anyone else here done the same or is there any other way to do it as I would imagine the crank nut would need tightening well without the key in ?? I had heard of this mod before and never followed it up but had a go on his 125 and noticed a difference.

Does anyone know if the side stands on a SY250 and Tys 125 are the same part inc the mounting bracket? They look the same and I want one for the 125. Thanks.

The article you refer to is less than a paragraph.
Using a screwdriver between frame and s/arm to create a gap for the saw blade( with frame upside down) cut through the spindle between the inside of frame and s/arm, blade inside the frame and main saw outside. This will remove the s/arm from the frame, they don't explain what they did next, I would say the old spindle needs to be pressed out, probably with heat etc. Hope this helps.

You may want one of these as well....

At such an early stage you need to be riding with others and as much as you can if riding in a trial or practising anyway. Others will soon point you in the right direction and help you iron out any faults. It doesn't come in five minutes as venues and terrain differ as does the weather etc. If you can get to a trials school they are well worth the money, I went to Saunders school only once and learnt a lot and I will go again . Good luck and stick with it.

Let us know how you get on, I have always wondered how it's done, and heard it is a very fine line between success and ba11s up as Woody said.
Good luck...

So that's what happened to the 4t project. They ditched the side valve in place of this, it makes sense now.

You can do a simple check here, to check the number is right for the bike..

An A4 is a big car compared to some of the light weight hatchbacks some people use, I doubt you will even know the bike is there.

Does anyone know which model the replacement with the outside arm is from?? is it DT or XT or whatever. I am trying to locate a s/h one.

As Woody says a lot of stuff now offered is chinky rubbish, you can't avoid it sometimes and they will even make the boxes look like the real thing. Back in the day the pattern stuff was good (RD250/350LC) The pattern stuff was also made in Japan poss at same factory with the box being the difference. ART PRO X and Wiseco all good but thin on the ground now. As said before try Birketts he knows,( he may not be answering the phone he's unfortunately had the thieves visiting, see the front page) but I did notice there are a lot on ebay USA but not sure if it's the same cr4p.
