  1. Thanks OTF, I have just mailed the lot to another user Daved444, with the nice cub, hope he doesn't double them up on here. Thanks again.
  2. Pete, that was my Seeley with the TC sticker on the number board. I met 3 or 4 other Seeley owners on the day and a few TC members. PS trying to get my head round getting a few pics in one of them photobucket things. If there is someone here who has the know how pm me for a few pics. Anice BSA, Cub, TLR and a loveley Mini Majesty PPS I have managed to put some pics on to photobucket but thats it, how do I get em on here, you click on the tree icon or something ???? I am a bit useless on the computer, not much call for them on a building site.

    Majesty

As Woody pointed out the Falcon site has a chart, and while I was there I looked at TY175 and its 13.4. They build them to suit individual rider eg weight etc.
  4. There are some on ebay, type in Honda crf or Yamaha yzf. 4.99 inc postage Item no 120087673549
  5. Thanks Malcra, I will be on the 125 Scorpa on Sunday. The Seeley will be out later in the year. Cheers
  6. The Seeley needs some shocks. I saw an old thread on the subject where folk were singing the praises for Falcons. I was reading in the Classic dirtbike mag today NJB now do a Trikshock. There is a tenner difference between the two. The bloke at Falcon builds em to order depending on your weight etc and can make em up using a MX piston which makes the bike feel more like a mono apparently. Any thoughts ??? Thanks in advance PS Its the steel Falcons I am considering.
  7. Would I be right in assuming that Falcon shocks are still the best way to go as I noticed my Girlings are weeping now, the rods look fine possibly seals have gone hard and the bikes coming out of hiding later on when I have changed the original tyres it was sold with when new and sorted the Hebos.
  8. Saw the CCM and heard it at Malvern today, its a corker.
  9. Hope there is some one on here taking some photos to share with the members who are unable to make it. Put them in one of them photo bucket link things. Some body was kind enough to sort it last year if I remember. (Doesn't time fly)
  10. I should have my Seeley on our club stand. (HEREFORDSHIRE CLASSIC TRIALS CLUB) I think there will be a couple of Triumphs and a B40 on there too.
  11. That one belonged to a TC member. Owner of LFS 4 &5 P I think. The TL 250s.
  12. No the cider makes you lose your marbles.
  13. Not 100% sure but it looks like JAWA on the side case and tank. It has a speedo that is driven off the rear wheel, not a good idea on any off road bike as when the rear wheel gets in a spin you actually clock up more miles. I think Jawa road bikes had r wheel driven speedos. It looks like one but as I say not 100%.
  14. Scroll around the other channels Freeview n all that s***e others copying them in many ways with the limited budget they have. I never liked Clarkson years ago but I can see where his style is coming from, his preference in cars is not right in this country, usually big engined things that are a waste of time here. But its not his money that he is spending when YOU are watching him on tv and for the BBC its good as they usually stand for PC in a big way.
  15. I must say you're keen Woody. You don't see that many TYZ's about, I think there is one on ebay now. I seem to remember they were expensive when they were launched, compared to the other stuff available at the time. Yam must of had a load of engines as Pitley was telling me that its basically the same lump in the Scorpa SY250. If I see a Hamilton sticker at Malvern I'll point the owner in your direction.

    Ty250 Carb

Yes bend the pipes down wards, there may be some locating clips to locate them in, but they maybe long gone, basically if the bike is dropped any overflow needs te get out and drain away. Re the kill switch plug one wire into the live side and other into the earth. and when you use the kill switch it earths the spark.

    Ty250 Carb

Hello again. They should both have a small length of pipe on them as they act as breathers for the carb. More often they go brittle and drop off or fly off during pressure washing etc. You should be able to get some tube the correct diameter (they were clear originally) and cut the tube so as it stops just below the float bowl. If dirt got in then it would end up in the body or float bowl, so best to sort it.
  18. There are always kill switches on ebay, type in Yamaha trials. Otherwise try J K Hirst, you can buy on line. You need to plug it in to the spare female connector that the h t coil is plugged into and earth in to the earth wire the coil uses. If you do not have a spare connector you will need to change the connector.
  19. Hey Bilco Axulsuv will be keen if he goes to Malvern, he lives in the USA. Malverns good but it aint that good. Hell of a way to go to try out a clutch.
  20. Just caught the tail end of a programme on Sky 3 with some trials rider called Dougie teaching a girl about trials. It is part of a motoring programme. It is back on Sunday 5 pm. PS I didn't even know I had Sky 3 on the freeview box. ps appologies if its an old clip.
  21. If I'm not mistaken is that a Z900 A4 fuel tank behind the TY ?
  22. I have seen Jialing motors(Chinese copy of Honda) in Gasser chassis around Gloucestershire.150 or 200cc (Same motors that are used in Cotswold twinshock built by Jon Bliss) I was going to do one myself, didn't bother in the end and bought a Scorpa 125. Good mod when the Gasser dies a death and a way of getting in the Air cooled mono class. Wait for it. Its not how it left the factory brigade.
  23. 1. How do you access your paypal account, other than through ebay. 2 How do we pay this year? Sorry but I am not by a computer all day and this sort of thing is almost alien to me, and a few others on here no doubt. You can do a lot with computers, but I cant build houses with them.
  24. Thought I'd get my copy as I had day off due to snow. No joy, our Smiths have not got it yet ??? Should've subscribed to it. Can't have it all I suppose, good trials country and expect to have magazines on the shelf on time. Why is it only being sold through WH Smiths ??
  25. I was considering registering on that site as a user but they seem to want to know a lot, address, phone numbers etc ??? Why do they need all that ? Dont like to give out too much info if possible. PS there is a nice Bantam on the home page.
