    Back Pain

Hi,i would try moving your bars a bit, this will change your stance just a bit,and may help your back.I suffered with arm pump last year, but when i moved my bars forward a touch,no more pump.
  4. I agree you need to suport your dealer, but in the UK,we get so used to being ripped off by dealers, you've got to save money somewhere,so why not save on the non tied parts? They've got you over a barrel for most bits!
  5. Hi,these numbers are all std refs,go straight to a bearing dealer, they'll prob be in stock, and a lot cheaper than a Sherco dealer, they will also do your seals if you take an old one with you, chences are they will be a "G" type seal
  6. Hi,the discs really do move,i've a Mont,my inlaws have Beta,Gasser,and a mate has a Sherco,they all have loose discs,don't worry,just ride!
  7. Sorry, forgot this is an international site! I mean when the bike is in the workshop, inbetween rides or just not been riden ie on trailer,e.t.c.

    4rt 2009 ?

Yeh they are!!!! Beta-stators,Sherco-mains spinning,Gasgas breakdown more than they run.
  14. Hi,the seals are only std nitrile, viton are generally used for agressive chemicals or very high temps and you would be hard pushed to find C4 clearence bearings fitted in a bike motor,i used to supply some to a firm that built glass making kit.......very high temp!!!!!!!!!!
  15. The bearing number is a std part number, you will get them from any bearing dealer ie Wyko,BSL etc, don't be tempted by internet companys,as they tend to supply c!@p,always go for SKF,FAG,NTN,as for the seals 25x40x7 again a std part from same source, should be about

  22. Hi,i had the same problem last year,my in-laws have a gasser and a beta,i didn't fancy either,got a beaut of a 315 mont,best thing i've bought in years! They're solid,reliable and very easy to learn on,just put a slow throttle on,and go for it!!!!!!!! Ps my mate has a scorpa,dropped it,hit the fuel cock,split the tank-new one
  23. Hi,pretty vacant question,but what's the easiest way to put fatbars on a 315?
  24. Hi,i spent many years in the bearing trade, the cage won't make any difference to the rating of the bearing as it's the rollers that take the load, however, one problem i encountered many times was with bike needle bearings-as a manufacturer of bikes you can take a standard bearing and ask mr NSK or mr SKF etc to modify it for you-thus making it a tied part to your brand, and keeping customers tied to you.A good web site to check out sizes etc is NADELLA or INA/FAG both big players in the needle market for europe,or IKO for jap spec kit.Once you get the size, you will have an industy standard ref and you can go to a local bearing distributor.Hope this helps.
  25. Hi,i've had the same problem for ages, started with a melted hole in the pipe from fluid reservoir to master cyl.put a new piece of pipe in,rebled, new pads in,rebled still got the prob, not so bad,but not ideal.
