  1. On my sons 07 Beta 125 its got a Dellorto flat slide carb as standard this dosent leak fuel and runs perfect. Is there a reason why Beta dont use this on their other models?
  2. Barry this is just a thought and i think i will try and make one for my sons bike as i could easily put my fingers into the sprocket when i am minding for him.I was thinking you could make a round cover the size of the sprocket in a clear plastic this would stop your fingers going into the sprocket but you would still be able to see the fancy coloured sprocket through it.It could be held on with some cable ties so it could easily be removed for cleaning. (P.S I HOPE YOUR FINGER IS GETTING BETTER)
  3. And allegedly repeated tomorrow morning (Wednesday) at 08.15 i bet they aint got both days and times right

  9. picked up my 12 year old sons 07 beta 125 today what a nicely made machine i also have had a little go on it and the only thing i can say about it is it feels like the most powerfull 125 trials bike i have ever ridden
  10. highlandtrials how did the bike perform at the trial
  11. I think how they have obtained the extra steering lock is crock! Just removed the lock stop bolts so the bottom yoke hits the frame it has still got the tapped holes in the frame so they are obviously still using the same previously made castings . I could have done that in five seconds. I maybe wrong but dont the GasGas and Sherco yokes just bash into the frame the same as the Beta
  12. The 125 exhaust silencer also looks shorter than the 200,250,270
  13. That looks very nice, can anybody tell me where to get the Beta repsol sticker kit from

  15. who was cheating and who is going to get a ban for three years
  16. look on the italian Beta website the picture of the 07 Beta rev 80 is on it and the changes they have made to it it looks nice with the black frame my son has outgrown his 80 and I have ordered him an 07 125 BETA today(lucky boy )i hope it will be as reliable as the rev 80 has been hopefully should be here by the end of october
  17. Did the Sherco rear wheel just fit on there or did you have to do a lot of work to make it fit? All you need to do is just get some spacers made for each side of the wheel and the one for the spindle inside the hub.If you want the measurements for the spacers let me know and i will measure them and post the measurements on here
  18. my son has rode a Beta 80 for two and a half years and its been very reliable i have done a few modifications on it fitting a front twin pot brake calliper, braided brake hose,05 sherco rear wheel, raptor footpegs renthall bars and a sherco front mudgaurd. My son is a c class rider but has been riding the b class in schoolboy and adult for about one and a half years on it and it has handled all the sections very well with no problems including some very big hill clmbs. They grip very well in the mud in most cases better than a 125. so in my opinion i consider the Beta 80 to be the best choice.
  19. a club we ride only sets out five section and you ride five times in the mornig and then in the afternoon you ride the same sections but in reverse that way you only need five observers and it works very well
