I can see some black and white, where is the bike.
-
How are you getting on with your little Fantic 50 axul.
-
I find it a shame that Yamaha could'nt be to Scorpa what Honda was to Montesa, then we would of had 2 very good modern Trial's Bike's to pick from today.
In reality the scorpa is probaly the best bike for the club beginner/Novice.That's probaly what scorpa thought aswell, but our mind's don't work like that these days.
-
In a Auction house it's regular practice for an Auctioneer to bid you against the wall,if he think's he can get away with it.
Ebay is no diffrent.
-
Destroyed
Am i right Am i right.
-
I think the club's need to start putting in the reg's that a certain route will require stop and hop.
I don't get this idea of making a couple of sections in a route so hard that only 10 rider's can ride it and the rest get off there bikes to ask for five's,what's the point in that.
-
Oh God.
My post has been Hi-Jacked by the Back Street Boy's.

If the top of the suzuki piston dome sit's inside the machined head then this is correct, you don't want to use a standard head on this conversion, your pop a hole straight into the piston.
Send the barrel and head off,and just slip a note in asking to check the head for suitability.
I normally put aload of gasket sealant between the engine case and alloy spacer then get some gasket paper and cut it to the shape of your spacer, then fit the gasket to the top of the spacer then lower your barrel down, that will seal it nice.
Did you find a head gasket when you stripped down.
-
Yep that's the suzuki piston,if your going to fit another suzy piston that alloy spacer must go back on and your need to cut the piston down abit, you will also find that the head has been machined to take the dome of the suzy piston.
As far as i know im running a 185cc im still on the standard bore and just about get away with the standard 156cc jetting, but if you need to bore out you might need to look at the jetting.
You can tell you've got a bit more under the throttle which is nice, personaly i like the conversion,it worked out for me but as Lee say's alot of peep's don't get on with it.
Click here These are the people that done mine, there very good and know what need's to be done.
No Lee,i've just put a brand new Dellorto on,im not sure if the oko's have the ok for the 200's yet so i played it safe this time around, the old carb was on the bike since new,so im looking forward to testing the bike with the new Dell on.
-
Did you find a fairly thick made up base gasket.
I have the suzuki conversion in my 200.

The other day I needed to pay a visit to the public toilet, so I found a public toilet that had two cubicles.
One of the doors was locked. So I went into the other one, closed the door, dropped my trousers and sat down.
A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you doing?"
Although I thought that it was a bit strange, I didn't want to be rude, so I replied, "Not too bad, thanks."
After a short pause, I heard the voice again. "So, what are you up to?"
Again I answered, somewhat reluctantly, "Just having a quick poo... How about yourself?"
The next thing I heard him say was, "Sorry, mate, I'll have to call you back. I've got some one in the cubicle next to me answering everything I say."
-
Thanks for that.
looked pretty sweet no hands aswell, would like to see the landing, the come down is steep.
Apparently it took place in the early hours of sunday morning, must of been very early it's still dark.
There's a half hour programme tonight monday on channel 5 showing the jump.
-
He has come to jump Tower Bridge.
-
It's a tie down hook,Damn genius idea.
-
I think thats your answer.
-
Or they've sourced cheap materials to keep there cost's down.
-
Yer we've had this before.
The ACU don't seem very interested with investing that heavy into Trials.I keep being told there skint.
The run of the mill club rider's arn't to interested in paying more money for there yearly ACU licence or pay anymore money for there club entries to help fund the up and coming lads.
If your a millionaires son/daughter you might have a chance of employing one of our past greats full time.
-
53 and 11 on the front suits me.
-
God know's gasgas4life.
I would be concerned about how much money i've lost in 4 month's,as far as im aware the standard bike's don't come with Ohlins. That would make a 4 month old standard Xispa without the Ohlins worth about 2 grand.
-
Wow,Xispa allready hitting the second hand market. Click here
Will be interesting to see what it get's.
-
I normaly lock mine up at 50 ft/lbs that comes out to about 6.9 Kg/m.
-
Yer the 200 flywheel needs to be tight,do you have a torque wrench.
Make sure you use a six sided socket, them flywheel nut's round easy.
-
Yes i would agree with this.
If i had the choice of going to watch just one wtc round in the year it would not be a Uk round.
Why is the Uk round allway's one of the first round's,blimey were still in winter. The weather in the Uk don't really pick up until July time.If i have to stand and watch a Trial i want some hot sun beaming down on me for my money.
-
Javier..I see you got yourself on the box, congrat's.
