I need to pick your brain's, im pretty close to getting my 240 in a rideable state but need a little random info.
The flywheel breather, do i need some clear pipe with 10mm id, how much do i need a where dose it got to?
Do i need 6mm fuel pipe or larger?
Can anyone tell me the thread length of the bolts that hold the chain guard on?
Can anyone give me any info on gearing 11-?

Nope, disc is bigger too.. offset is all wrong.

That sound is often an issue with the crank. Not a great sound, say if the throttle is jammed open and the bike has revved its bits off the crank separates. Some Birkett fettled bikes had the motors split and cranks tac welded to stop this. I hope im wrong..

twin shock shop had some for 160 odd quid.. Its not cheap, but its not insane money either.

I stand corrected, i just got a case today, when it turned up it was from a 300 (I was gutted) i popped it on and there was no gap. Very strange indeed as the case is identical but has not got the bulge the old one had.
Im now filled with new hope, and cant wait to hear the results of your testing, fingers crossed there positive.

I picked up a Majesty last year, sold it pretty soon after as it just felt numb, I'm on sorting a 240 out so i will probably see you around.
Are there many / any twin shock specific trials round our way?

That bike was on ebay probably a year or so ago with the same pics, the advert at the time stated that it had a "DT175" motor in it..
I wonder if its been used since those pis where taken? it looks quite good but i would be put of by an uncorrect motor.

The case has fm450 212cc stamped into the flywheels side on the flat bit.

When i put a 300 cover on my 240 there was a gap in front of the lowest bolt. This is the item number for cover, i sold it 320638574531 .

Yep you can swap them, you can even fit a TYZ shock with remote.

They look great, are you doing one for the 240 and another for the 300?

Do the holes in the 240 clutch plates (steel) need to be lined up and why are they there?

The Pheonix is unlikely to rise, sadly im going to have to pay for a scott program this year.

Phone Birketts, they will more than likely have one in stock, i would bet i wont fit a Beta tho.

Back anodized and powdercoated ally frames look tired faster than silver ones, well used 08 Mont 4rt's look pants. Granted the lad who owns the bike is less likely to bash it up than me.
Red ano would look original but Blacked up Evo's are soooo last year.

*Yawn* 7 out of 10, 1 point deducted for the black frame. Forks look nice, why has the bike in the bottom pic got a different clutch cover, looks like an 07 4t job?
