I always use 75ml of motul 710 to 5l, too much oil will clog up your exhaust, you could run less than 75ml too with no bad affects. I was told not to use Ipone in my SY by a respected french trials bike importer, I'm not sure why tho.

PJ1 75w ultra lite its cheap and works a treat, or motul expert 10w40, i also used rockoil lite gear oil but its hard to come buy where i live.

I swear by 650cc of oil. i tip the bike over (left and right) to make sure the old oil is out. tyre pressure for me depends on tyre brand mich dunlop i run 3.5 new and just over after this. I find SY's work well with IRC's with 4psi. i run 6 psi front what ever. I find 10 38 gearing is spot on, meny peep's gear there bike up, your better off learning to use second gear then at least you have the choice. This is how i run my bikes for twisty northern trials.
