  1. Is it an 07 or o8 bike? is the airbox clean when did you clean the carb last?
  2. :agreed: + Sausage and black pudding
  3. I can see how it could happen, sounds like its just been routed poorly. just fit a new bit of hose re-route correctly and bleed the brake.
  4. Its not a problem just swap them over. cant remember if the actuator arm just pulls out or not, if not then remove the clutch cover, remove the six bolts from the clutch remove the outside plate (dont loose the ball bearing) tip the bike so the push rod comes out a little them just pull the actuator arm out from the top and push the new one in.
  5. It makes the front brake more progressive and give more feel while still being powerfull, If your after a Nissin setup you can build them on the cheap, the master cylinder is the same as the crf 250/450 just order a used one from e-bay.com (usa) then either buy a hose from H&D or get one made, i had a steel braided one made. I built a setup for
  6. Are you on about the bike with the blue frame? the bike is an 04 bike and was probably new in 2003..
  7. I've been using this for years >LINK< lasts for ever, works a treat.
  8. Just strip your forks and send the stanchions to be coated, its got to be cheaper than buying a set ready coated.
  9. Its not ready for sprockets yet, there still in very good condition and are not c'd at all, the rear was changed not so long back as it got smashed up and the front was changed as a had a near new one in a draw.
  10. Ive had a Renthal R1 in my bike for over a year now and it has had a good bit of work, The thing has hardly stretched but the round edges have got a little flat from wear. I have a new R1 to go on but im not sure if im being tight by not changing it, i use to run Regina chains and they stretched loads so it was pretty easy to see when i needed to bin them by looking at the snail cams. When do you guys change yours?
  11. Get there early and get a program, all the info you need is in it. Well worth the money!
  12. i like it, reminds me of my first yellow TY80, who made the clutch cover?
  13. Give Al at whites a call tomorrow, Did you do the last lap in the end?
  14. Im happy to take your gassers as px against my TYZ.
  15. I've had 04 05 07 and a couple of 08's all had light flywheels. I could probably have made the 2011 bike run to suit me better if it was mine to fiddle with. Im just going to have to get over the fact that the 4GG motor is no more. Its only a matter of time until i own one as for me its got the best suspension going. Regardless of how good or bad any bike is TMX are hardly likely to give a new bike a terrible review.
  16. They do on the 2011 bikes dont they? not in the press pics tho.
