  2. Spent many an happy hour on the bing just up from East Calder, never any problems. Mind you that was when it was a bing and not a "country park" West Lothian Council have always been a bit more "enlightened" - long may it continue.

Some bike shops (non engine) run wheel building workshops, must be some similarity ?
  4. "GO phuckYOURSELF b40, just tell everyone to ignore the problem or tape over it." so water board me. "ignore the problem" Not a problem unless your riding over 13000 ft -- 0.001% of trials population. "tape over" still seems like good advice ! Over to you Sr Expert (expert, ex - a has been. spurt - a drip under pressure)

My only deleted post was for a butt plug which I thought would have been appropriate for preventing the ingress of water to exhausts
  9. There are some heated discussions on here about stop/no stop, other than that generally a fairly civilized bunch. You need to enter your son in events that are appropriate to his age and stage, not change the event to suite.
  10. 5 mile run might get some of the aggression out of you !!
  11. Motocross defiantly sounds like the sport for you.

  13. Do you run round behind him when he's racing ? Sounds harder than trials !
  14. Yes, but the on road will not cover during trial, so as said supplementary required.

I bought one years ago, still in packet, 3 position lever is really good, same principle obviously, but much tidier IMO.
  16. b40rt replied to Andy's topic in Beta
TC would be a bit quite though, no how to change impeller's, thermostats, o rings, oil in gearbox, hoses etc
  17. b40rt replied to keychange's topic in Twinshock
Turps, you should read Keychange's other post, 3 position clutch lever would be good on the RL, that way you might not end up looking like a fiddler crab.

More important, how is the electronic ingnition ?
  21. C N policy does not cover roadwork during an event.
  22. Elixer not required, just maturity. Ever other "introduce yourself" is a 40 something who has done enduro etc. Danny has found his neiche big time, trials arnt high on his agenda.
  23. Twin shock and pre 65 are what your looking for !
  24. b40rt replied to sam's topic in USA Trials
