Have both left & right kickstarts, doesn't bother me at all. Gearchange / brake takes a little more getting used to.

Whats the best pads for these ? Presently using sintered ones which have no feel and little stopping power, but at least they are consistent ! Any clever tricks to improve it ? Thanks Ross

Classic Trials
A quote from the Perth Club website :- "Trials: Meetings were originally held on part on, part off road and covered vast areas including Killin, Kenmore, Aberfeldy, Glen Lyon, Crieff, Methven, Bridge of Earn - in effect all of Perthshire, and a bit more." How about a twin shock 2-day based on the above. I would love such an event if it was at all possible ! Ross

I've been on a roll.........
I like the "un-competitive" pre-65's, it's the "modern Pre65 bikes" I have issue with. Call them Bit twin shock if it make them any more acceptable ! From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia "The word classic means something that is a perfect example of a particular style, something of lasting worth or with a timeless quality." Doesn't say anything about Marzocchi's in Norton Roadholders or dry, belt driven clutches.

Flywheel Weight
Another difference flywheel wise is the Aprilia Rotax doesn't have the weight on the clutch side.

Kenny The Rooster - Contains Adult Humour
From toofastim :- A guy goes to the supermarket and notices a very attractive woman wave at him and say hello. He's rather taken aback, because he can't place where he knows her from. So he says, "Do you know me?" To which she replies, "I think you're the father of one of my kids." Now his mind races. He racks his brain and travels back to the only time he has ever been unfaithful to his wife and says, "My God, are you the stripper from Fred's stag night that I shagged on the pool table with all my buddies watching, while your partner whipped me with wet celery???" She looks into his eyes and calmly says, "No, I'm your son's Grade 3 teacher"

Gears
I have a BSA B40 with 4 gears, wish it had 5 or 6. To many compromises with only 4, IMO.
