  1. The confusion arrises from the toe dabbing which is allowed in the rules on the IWTC, I'm sure.
  2. I am absolutely astonished that this is happening I don't see why it should be allowed its almost like having a national and mixing in a schoolboy route, most strange, in fact I could be wrong but wouldn't Smage be riding the pro clas (on junior route) on a 290 in an FIM sanctioned event? Definately not picking on patrick but first anomoly I could think of. FIM say no patrick you are too young to ride a 125 in our event but the AMA say yes youcan on the harder route and on a 290, bizarre. What also would the WTC junior or youth boys feel if they were delayed by non champ riders? Or the sections were deteriorating by over riding, I think its a can of worms and would like to know if its been sanctioned officially. Do I understand correctly the US will have a pro class on the same days as the WTC just on the junior line? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yes, you are correct Dabster. http://www.trialscentral.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=7492 Next to the last entry (right now) on this thread. <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
  3. I have a good deal of admiration for mike rapley, name me anyone else from TMX who rides as much in any discipline or who rides in trials. How many trials do you organise a year widdlestone rappers does a few and his National was one of the best in the Classic series. On what do you base your assesment of him. I think he is an allround good egg.
  4. Perhaps with a tc pass it might be possible to get into the paddock and see the works teams beavering away and just get up close to the stars, if it was organised properly start and finish then it wouldn't give the WTC contenders any grief? Sort of thing???

  6. There is a campsite nearby (two) and last year my pal camped at the sports field 100m from the start. I also have the number of the best <mention of this company is not permitted on Trials Central> about 4 kms from the start, great place to stay if you don't mind spending a few euros for a soft bed and showers morning and night (hot) home cooked food etc. Insurance certificate required for bike acu licence for competing DVLA licence as well, oh and lights that work and kill button. I would "suggest" a younger member of your party "age" somehow before you get there, dont think they know about the encoded birthdate on the licence. Very little roadwork mainly tracks in the forrests etc. pay when you get there send entries in with no money they are cool about that and take you on trust but don't abuse it.
  7. I really doubt it is worth it. Find yourself a decent 2 day event and ride that. Alternative would be lights and a YOU HAVE USED WORDS OR A PHRASE WHICH ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THIS WEBSITE. PLEASE DELETE YOUR POST/TOPIC. DO NOT TRY TO CIRCUMVENT THE FILTERS IN PLACE ON THIS WEBSITE back no plate at a minimum
  8. The thing about lemmings (little known fact) is that they are not suicidal creatures at all, it just happens that way. They are committed to one route on a direction and never deviate, bit like all these maoners who have never owned such a highly developed machine let alone looked afterone or any other for that matter.
  9. Perhaps they haven't changed the gearbox then?
  10. I see stuart woodfield is riding as an inter and Richard as a novice, expert and inter in our centre? Strange.

    Gasgas

I think we measured the standard tank at about 2.8 litres, not 100% sure, any way side by side you can see the extra capacity can't you.
  12. Doogle who posts on here is there mate, you might find them in the leighton Buzzard phone book. Doogle is riding the bemrose number 132 woodfields 139 140 this Sunday.

    Gasgas

Fits fine on the 250 I have. I have the 1st prototype which has been refined slightly for the one Alexz has now. I don't know who is the better tester( ) but I got round the wallace with no problems. Steve colley had an extra capacity ally one at the scott last year so think it would be good for that aswell and any road trials where you can always do with a bit spare. From what I understand this is the High capacity version, there could be a standard size one too, big advantage of that is see through so you don't have to overfill all the time in clubtrials and the advantage of lightness and no problems occasionally associated with the standard Ally ones as mentioned above.
  14. " fantastic trial and superb people first class all round, and everyone made us so welcome" quote Alexz Wigg. If carlsberg organised and ran trials then this would be their club, probably.
  15. Start off on the easy course and see how it goes, gizza 5 or neon surge will tell you what events have an easy course I'm sure.
  16. Whatever you do go to the toilet beforehand if possible.
  17. I would guess that the motor weighs about 4kgs (8lbs) heavier than a 2t, rest would be much the same. But it looks a big old lump not like the 4rt would like to see them side by side. They did say we would get them February didn't they?
  18. JST, and yes he is ready for it.
  19. Although nothing is 100% yet, we are still hopeful on a couple of sponsorship possibilities it really is a matter of dotting the i's and crossing the t's, I think. Alexz has a wish to ride in the WTC Youth this year and that will take presidence over all else, if the team can afford it. There is something that is sorted and that is the bike will definately be a JST Gas Gas Pro Racing 125cc and thats the bike Alexz will compete on all year, in all events. We are therefore finalising details and will do a feature probably within the next week, as always check out http://www.alexzwigg.com/

    Sherco Mods

The front brake and clutch are the same hose( I think) clutch needs to be about 1 " longer gives an easy turn and hose not tight. saw an 06 with one at wallace so may still be a good mod.
  21. Go to FIM.ch and you may get something there, but the 2006 youth is actually last years list, so if they don't know doubt Andy will yet.
  22. Mail me I may have a set of reeds somewhere, did you completely strip the carb, ie jets out and blown through?
  23. Yes know what you mean, it would be party all the way if I lost mine too.
