Every single bike has them and for our gas, super unleaded petrol 98r0n(?) it really is spot on, or very close. Everywhere in the uk is at sealevel in real terms as well so altitude never plays a part. IF there seems to be one thing which seperates the UK and USA trials communities then its our lack of carb fiddling and jet changing. In fact 99% of riders never change jets and 1% never adjust the carb mixture or tickover ever. What is the altitude of the TTC by the way?

I wouldn't bother with a kehin as the dellorto set up is very reliable and unless you are always feeling like you want more power (I doubt it) I always liked Boyesen reeds, a VX plug, make sure you have a 33 pilot, swap carb top bolts for 4mm llen head (not thread) change the air filter the same to 4mm (then a 4mm allen takes the lot off, keyhole the radiator cowl bottom clips, make a new clutch hose, modify a montasa disc gaurd to fit, fat bars , is that 10???
  3. Got regs today and not riding this year so mail me and I will forward to you. 13 to 16 july 2006

  5. Pretty sure its a matter of grounding the black wire from the coil.
  6. Don't count your chickens only 12 from 16 rounds count so missing US and Japan is not ness a problem, assuming Ross beats Gubian and Gomez first of course, lots of ifs, but whatever happens the brits are strong in this championship and hopefully all will carry on through to wtc proper.
  7. Alan what about a World Youth Indoor championship? Round 1 IOW the youth equivalent of Sheffield?
  8. Alan,I was planning a south coast holiday in late may, is it ok to use the discount voucher code to take the 2CV with the kids and wife to Black Gang Chine?
  9. If its the bonanza won't it be too easy for decent twinshocks with decent riders?
  10. Wtc Lampkin Raga Bou. Top 8 Dabil junior Oliveras/Brown/Gibert Youth Somewhat unlikely Dani Oliveras as I believe he is too old. My predictions for top 8 in no particular order, gubian, liotard, Gratterola haslam Danby sampson Gomez and Alexz. Looks like a tough Championship for the British lads, with only haslam alternating between a 250 the other Brits as far as I know are 125cc.
  11. Yes i agree Dabster, Alexz had an crackin ride & came out a very deserved winner. Alexz is a fantastic rider & a crackin lad. But, be fair, he is not the only one out there, so credit where credit is due, we have some very good riders in the 125 A class so lets give them abit of encouragement & support also. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Absolutely Adsy, I never said he was the only one out there, but it annoys me when if I hadn't mentioned him on this thread who would have? Make no mistake he won convincingly! Any mistakes would have been punished by Ross, he was really trying yesterday and riding very well, Robert Andrews is coming on well, and despite Challanor losing a packet on time and well behind on obsevation he can ride a bit you know. Alexz needs as much support as any of the other lads, perhaps more in some ways. He is hoping to have a decent go at the WTC this year, and trust me that needs alot of support.
  12. I think the ride of the day is the winners, surely? credit hwere its due, just because Alexz is expected to win doesn't mean it is any less of a performance surely?
  13. Basic mistake never stop a bike by an exhaust bung bad move. If you have no kill switch then make sure the tickover is very low and you should be able to stall it easily foot and front brake full on let out clutch s l o w l y. if it started ok then the timing should be sorted. You may have blown the main seals by doing what you did so now its not got any compresion. Oh dear oh dear.
  14. Think you will find the richmond round has been moved forward a week, 20th Now.
  15. They aren't there go for tasty nuts, its easier.
  16. The observing teams at hawkstone were definately not 100% profesional 100% of the time, if we remember the thread from before for example, comments made by a bdmc official about laia Sanz if I remember correctly? That, unless I am grossly mistaken is not the issue here, so do not immediately jump to defend the integrity of observers when no attack is meant. Atom ant is I guess, suggesting a foolproof system which will help the observers at any WTC round whats wrong with that?
  17. It hasn't copied that well but the $ for winning one event is the same as the series.
  18. About this much For each event, each fixed rider competing shall receive a financial award according to the following table: Position For the Indoor Trial For the Trial World Championship World Championship Winner CHF 5495.

  21. This is the rule 057.7.4 Riders' bibs Each rider must wear a bib carrying his riding number or his name. The bib number will be permanent for all the events counting for the Indoor Trial World Championship and will correspond to the rider's final position in the "Outdoor" Individual Trial World Championship. The bib may carry the name of an event sponsor. The conditions regarding the wearing of bibs and the name of any sponsor whose name or logo appears on the bib must be clearly stated in the SR. Any rider who can prove a conflict of interest between his own and the event sponsor must inform the organiser prior to confirming his entry. The organiser may offer a bib of an alternative event sponsor or authorise the rider to cover the name of the sponsor. The final decision rests with the organiser. The removing or exchanging of the bib during an event is forbidden under penalty of disqualification.
