  1. Its a 6 month old 4rt blinged up do you think he will get anything like
  2. I'm no carb expert at all but the pilot controls fuel mix to 1/4 throttle then main jet takes over with the slide affecting mixture. There should be a number on it 31/2 or 4?
  3. What is the slide no, off pilot on to main it could be this?

That is full size but I doubt if anything other than a GG pro would fit.

I think you may have hit the nail on the head, regardless of make. I have heard that Sherco's have a mains problem but I've always been careful on running in use the same synthetic oil (ipone) and not been worried.
  6. Thats the way to ensure no lost bibs then?
  7. I don't want to take sides here for obvious reasons but Marky g and r2w really saying you've never bought a lottery ticket?
  8. No need look at my advert and you can have 2 sets for less than half dealer cost, is that 25%?
  9. Yes speak to Pete Weight he will explain it all.

Don't think they ever made one for the Sherpa
  12. Nene valley will be most offended you don't think it clashes with the southern experts then!
  13. What did she say?
  14. call Denise Ellis on 01653 694205 and ask if its full yet
  15. Steve, easy tiger! I was (as Perce astutely noted) refering to the article in trialsworld by that well known trials spanner man Robin bayman, who apparently thinks among other things that we will all be on 4 strokes in 2 years. Your figures seem finre to me and suspension is one thing that is not my forte, so thats why I refered moulder to the sites I mentioned as I take my lead from them that knows.
  16. Wind the spring but don't forget the grub screw!
  17. Munch had the same and moved the pick up closer I think
  18. The guy that wrote that has never had a trials bike so I wouldn't take alot of notice. Try the gas gas usa site that might help, or e mail jon Stodley or Gas Gas uk ?
  19. he only weighs 3 stone wet through.
  20. Thanks thats cleared up some questions amicably. Perhaps you could do one of 2 things to ensure return of all bibs at events, and these are not my ideas but those employed by the french organisers at 2 events I have done; 1) when signing on take the acu card and swap it for a bib at the end vice versa,or 2) Take an extra tenner off the riders and swap that for a bib at the end, I'm sure that will hone the return rate.
  21. Just made it to see the bike in the flesh and as an avid disliker of montesas all I can say is that it looks bleedy fantastic in real life! Yes thos engine bolts are titanium apparently the bolt swap has saved 34 ounces in weight alone, at least I think munch said that........
  22. All you can change is the preload which is not much help, if you want a reigar 5 way adjustable shock for a 290 call me, advert in classifieds.
  23. A recent poster to TC owns this. Never been trialled of course..........
  24. In simpler terms, only 2 types of permit but you will probably end up joining the same number of clubs to ride in the same events. Yours Albert
