Basically 2 pie r equals circumference.
Change the circumference the cable is pulled at a diferent rate depending on the size.
In simple terms for any given twist, a slow throttle will move the slide less giving the bike less go.
Ideal for youths who have no control over their hands when clenched around a cylindrical member.

He didn't ride the 4t in Spain or Portugal so I don't think that can be an issue. However I am positive the 2t bike (Scorpa) had alot of go and Taddy has done as well as on his gasser so doubt if the performance is so much of a factor he must have tried it before singing anyway. My view is he is in a loose loose situation, if dabill beats him (probable) then his days will be numbered and he seriously can't challenge Bou so what is he gonna do. Scorpa wouldn't "let" him go. More to this than meets the eye HL is on the right lines I'm sure.
