    Put aflywheel holder on it and see if that will move it, best to take it apart if you can, head and barrel is easy and jack the barrel and give it a soft tap with a soft thing!

    The one you are thinking of has all the homologation ( for spain I think) bits on, which has never really been the case before as the bikes always had the light bits with the extra lights and even indicators as a kit you could buy.

    This is a good idea, it would be nice if you could have the option of a toruey big motor without the snap, I wonder if they can programme exactly what each rider wants? Guess they can.

    Hawkstone is fine for a world round and conveinently located for many more than scotland that's all.

    Vat is only waived if it is paid locally. Local tax is just that, either way it should be declared, especially if you ever want to register the bike.

    ..........just don't forget to buy the one that will not go wrong if you want a warranty, and make sure you declare it at Dover to customs and pay the VAT.

    None of the bikes will have any significant diferences, except the new 4 strokes. If you like the beta wait for an 05 as the saving on an 04 will be lost when you sell as it is alraedy a year old when you take it out of the showroom.

    You will not be able to buy anything direct from the factory, exactly the same as a trip to Dagenham wouldn't get you a Fiesta.

    .........but all mine are 199b's and they are black and used in competition so a back brake is important

    Its a shame that it can't be staged in England its 5 years since the last time, hawkstone is very central.

    If you need to ask it probably doesn't matter. But basically a TXT is the old model replaced by a much lighter newer model.

    As you are in london get down to your nearest bicycle shop and get a small spray can of lubricant with teflon in it. Use alittle under the throttle tube and spin it round on the bars, when it will spin freely for 10 times or more wipe clean and repeat. Wipe again leaving a smidgin and the tube is lubed. A little grease around the cable end should be all you need.
