clutch is interchangeable, wheels brakes forks, kickstart looks very similar?. the bike is so gas gas in feel when i tried one back to back i couldnt tell which was which .
Im pretty sure last time i checked ive ridden my lightweight 2 stroke all day every day. Even when she boiled up, my fault, it got me to the end of that day and then another.
Most makes are reliable now and weight doesnt equal reliability even if @dadof2 @dadof 2 thinks it does.....
Im sure its a bad move and simply about chasing a supported ride, many have tried the sattelite mont route and it s never worked out. Hope this ends better as he was making good progress on the vertigo........wondered why he wasnt at the scott #mistake
I strongly disagree if you look at and ask the majority of 4rt riders i doubt many choose that bike because of Tony.
The jtg wasnt a success for many reasons not the least being supply and reliability.
The mistakes have been ironed out and the trs is a much better set up, the fact that some parts are interchangeable with gas gas may have helped too.
Mike said the dates were being firmed up yesterday, so think they will be out very soon, as above i want to get in before her indoors, holidays etc......
im not sure eggs is eggs with all your comparisons as the ohlin on the 18 gasser is new to this model and specific to this years bike?
The reiger comes in different forms too?
how many of the above comments are based on trying similar shocks back to back on the same bike?
The Ohlins on the gasser was specifically tuned and set up for the GP whether the 2018 standard GG comes with it Iwe dont know yet.
17 t0 18 Reiger to Ohlins - the way they ride there is no difference.
I actually found the weight no real problem (it was other things that made me sell it) but and its a big but the average rider does get into trouble a fair bit and this is where you notice the extra weight of the 4rt.
