  2. Basically to clarify it is a very large industrial building with very little in it at the moment. AFAIK there are some stocks of spares there, the "2016" would have been made from these parts.
  3. it is an empty shed. AFAIK next to nothing was manufactured "in house" Very keen to buy a 2016.
  4. Chuck it get an ohlins. The original was *****, i swapped mine for an ohlins and it transformed the rear.
  5. Spanish take august off dont forget.
  6. The facility is located in Girona which isnt that far from caldes de montbui but the latest i heard was the bikes are now assembled in france? The building afaik was not owned by Gas Gas, is one of hundreds of empty industrial units in that area so cant see what youre suggesting at all Micheal t?
  7. Scott was being filmed for BBC's inside out.
  8. I actually think the Sherco thing is not so daft. they have Scorpa as a seperate brand now, so would the new Gas Gas be any difference to having Seat vw and Skoda all owned by one company?
  9. Be careful with that i think it might cause a problem
  10. John Dickinson was definately there.

I meant why does nobody know really........
  12. not necessary, but i would true wheel while waiting for parts that will involve soaking nipples and easing and adjusting. Then clean up and fit rim band. My trick is to get an air bubble in the rim band which allows it to be fitted in the groove, when you fill with air this disappears.
  13. If you can get a wire brush thats a bit soft (snap on do a real nice small stianless one) you can clean that rim band groove up perfectly im sure. wayneniner where are you?
  14. nigel dabster replied to Andy's topic in TRS

  20. ktm freeride but a montesa?
  21. there was a video on ryp website i think which showed how to get a rim band on, not sure you need alot of soap though. If you are adjusting spokes use wd 40 or similar for a week or so to ease
  22. are you driving round or something else?
  23. You couldnt take more interest in Cycling and less in trials then? If you can watch the whole of Stage 8 of the vuelta then youre a better man than I am. Give me any section in the wtc over that anytime, and I am a cycling fan. Lets see who's right re discs.
