Trials Bike Design
Personally I think this is especially true for the kids bikes. The kids would like to sit down to learn and be able to stand up in time.

Tlr200 Cam Timing?
I think I saw an adjustable timing gear for an XR for about $9.00 us. I think it was in a "Parts Unlimited" catalog.

Mecatecno Dragonfly 325cc
Amazing how much it looks like the Amigo/ Alivin 80. The frames look identical as well as the plastics. BTW the Amigo was built in Spain with a Morini engine made in Italy.

05 125 Running Backwards
John, does it do it when it's kicked over, or bump started backwards? The kids Rookie starts all by itself! Pull the clutch in, roll it backwards and it starts.

I've told my wife I'm going to build a furnace that I can use to burn junk mail. Just keep it all year and heat your house for free all winter!

Gas Gas Rookie Eating Plugs
Just a suggestion but I'd try to run a little rich on a kids bike. They tend to rev the off them.

Rev 3 Which One? Any Problems?
Don't be too hard on the Italian's or I'll be forced to mention two words. (lucas electrics!) I once heard the only reason early MG's had spoked wheels was so you could bash the starter with a tire tool through the wheel.

Rookie Manual?
Thanks Heath, I should have explained better. I'd like drawings of the inside of the motor so I have a good chance at getting the new clutch cover on right. Darn kick starters! Interesting that the Gas Gas Museum pdf. doesn't show a Rookie engine. Looks like a 50cc Morini but is doesn't have the hydraulic clutch.
