Can I ask why you need to change it?
Some problems can be sorted by tightening the retainer spring around the neck of the seal. Make sure you clean under the seal first.( i use wonder wipes for this)

You could try filling in a v62 without the registration number but add a covering letter explaining that the registration plate is missing.
Also let this be a lesson to all of us, no reg plate/v5 no sale!
-
By the way. Is there a particular reason you need to road register it?
-
Dude, you need a V888 form, I think you can do it online. Search on GOV.UK for it. Hope this helps, Could you let us know how it goes and not leave this another open ended post. Good luck.

I always use compressed air to shift them. There is definitely a video on you tube on how to strip and rebuild calipers.
-
Too much negativity here for me......I`m out.

Hi Chris, I use a small funnel and a clean nossell (with the small end cut off, to aid flow )off of a silicone cartridge. Before this I used to use an ate bottle (the kind with a tube on it).
Hope this helps.

Whats your budget and where in the country are you?

-
Sounds like a broken pawl.
-
Well, in my opinion, I think you should name and shame. It's only fair.
-
Ok. Sorted now, great vid.
-
Yeah, this won't play for me.

Try looking for Jim Snell/gas gas on the you tube.
You don't say why you want to blow out your carb. Is the bike running ok?
-
If it ain't broke don't fix it.
-
Welcome along to the club bud. Are you going to come along to the trial up at Bedburn on Saturday for a look about? Come along and say hello.
-
Doing great bud, maybe try leaning the bike into the turn more ( a lot more ) and only use the rear brake if at all.
It looks like your use of the front brake mixed with up rite position is making it more awkward than it needs to be.
I find that if you bend at the knees a lot more then rest the machine on the inside of your calf with the steering on full lock and look where you want to go instead of at the front wheel it will come and feel very natural and in my opinion easy.
Practice practice practice.
Nice machine by the way.

As above with a monthly how to or how not to mechanical and riding style section and I`m in.
Good luck.

I have had a pair of gearne`s for two years now and yes they keep the water out if i step into a small stream but I`ve never done a trial which includes water where I`ve not got my feet wet !
The water tends to come off the tyres and into the top of my boots via your trials pants. If I wear waterproof over trousers this keeps the water out but in turn make me over heat even in winter. As far as I`m concerned it`s all part of the sport/fun.
My boots have a liner built into them which is not too dissimilar to seal skinz. So you could buy new boots or just invest in some seal skinz or a similar product.
-
Have you tried an internet search for 08 gas gas rear mudguard in black ?
I did and found two suppliers straight away !
-
Me too, every trial without fail, easier than rebuilding an engine.
