  1. Got an Airoh and believe me those vents do make a difference. wouldn`t ride without mine.
  2. If you like things proper why are you using silicone? Silicone contains acid and will erode the aluminium. Do the job properly with a good quality rim tape with built in valve.
  3. If you carry on riding it it'll definitely break. Been there done that and it cost me nearly six hundred quid in the end !
  4. Best way is to back bleed with a syringe and a small length of tube.
  5. Not sure how many trials you have rode but if your 300 seems gutless maybe you should be riding with Raga, you'll learn nowt from us lowly lot. Were not worthy of such talent.
  6. Not one hundred percent sure but I think that their should be some rubber O rings in there to seal things up.
  7. Welcome along, you got some skills. You should do great at trials with those skills.
  8. Wow how did you get invited to that. Wish I was there looks fantastic.
  9. Try not to drop the front end ON to the obstacle, but drive it INTO the obstacle. Helps loads. Hope this helps bud. Good luck.
  10. Small world John, parked next to you on Sunday @ Consett.... Hope to see you out on it soon bud.
  11. My next door neighbour has a 2009 Yamaha engined bike for sale in near mint condition. He has hardley used it, and owned it from new !
  12. Hi, first blip should put the front Tyre into the drum making the forks compress. Then as soon as they compress the second blip comes in pushing the front into the air with the baseplate completely clearing the drum. These two blips happen really quickly and close together. Remember to bend at the knees and stay loose on the bike. Hope this helps.
  13. In my experience they differ club to club ! But if you train to the extremes it'll help on the day. We work on mostly rocks and tees where we are, and the biggish rocks close together mid turn is not unheard of so an open tractor Tyre next to that basin thing you've got isn't out if the question.
  14. also take the board off the tyre. that looks too easy for clubman bud.
  15. This is probably the minimum you can expect bud. Try shoving them together with a right turn thrown in too. No one will be expecting you to be Toni bou. Just go along and enjoy yourself. I've been doing it for years and still do the easy course. Good luck.
  16. Glad to hear it Allan, going to rodgerly myself. Might see you there . Don't forget your brolly.
  17. Come along to Rothbury on Monday, take part and ride around with me if you like. Pm me if you are interested. Best way to learn is to do.
  18. Sounds like motul 300v that's what's in mine, illuminus.
  19. Give John a try at off road Moto at Blyth. Great place really knows his stuff.
  20. Some are loose, some are tight. The fitter rerouted my clear tube that fits on the end of the metal tube up along side my frame towards the petrol tank. Lie the bike on it's side , take off the clutch cover and check if the correct bolt has been used to retain the clutch, it should have a hole through it's centre. Good luck.
