Be careful guys as this does not work on my 2011 gasgas or any other gas gas with the plastic section at the rear of the pipe due to the way it is fixed together. When you place your hand over the end it just exhausts at the joint between the plastic section and the mid box. You have been warned.

Nice to see these old machines being used. Great vid.
-
I all ways turn off the fuel whilst the engine is ticking over until it runs out just before I put it away. Never have any problems when I come to start it again, no matter how long I leave it. Good luck.
-
Seems like the correct stuff bud. When this happened to mine I took it to a pro to fix near where I live to sort as I knew it`d be too big a job. Took him eight hours and a list of things to sort, cost the thick end of six hundred quid to sort out. The cause ? Being too heavy on the gear lever ! Good luck. I think Copemech is the bloke to speak to on here, sherco guru.

How often do you change the oil ? What oil do you use ?
-
Splat shop have a sale on now. have heard people say those nau helmets are good value too.
-
Had a spada ( £45 ) for four years washed the removable liner after every trial. Not a bit of bother, excellent value for money as I sold it on for twenty quid a year ago and the guy still uses it now. Cant go wrong. Good luck.
-
Sorry Guys but after it`s translated it makes little sense to me.
-
Just because a magnet sticks doesn`t mean that something is steel, it could be aluminium with steel inards. You have been warned. Good luck.
-
I slip the clutch a bit but you need to keep the oil fresh. Try putting a slow throttle tube on it. Maybe a smaller rear sprocket too. Good luck.

Dave cooper is very good at making trials specific rear racks and trailers. Had one for three years now and when I change car I just change it over. £68 inc postage, cant go wrong. Google him.
-
I think those spokes look really trick but not sure how long they`d last with me riding. I`m more off than on.
-
Has it been stood a while before you tried working on it? It`s all ways worth changing the fuel when you clean the carb if it has been in there a while or of unknown origin. Dirt in the fuel will all ways end up in the carb ! Good luck.
-
Does this persist when the clutch lever is pulled in ?
-
Hi there, if I were you i`d take those hand guards off. A few years back I flipped a bike with a set of those on and snapped both wrists. Good luck.
-
High Adam, when I first started I got a 290, it was way too powerful. So I traded it in for a 250 Gasgas. Best thing I ever did improved my riding no end. Good look.
-
The police will do this free of charge for you.
-
You could take yours out and measure it to be sure.
-
Welcome along bud.
None of your excuses mind.
Get to those winter trials. It really helps with skill learning and you`ll feel the benefit in the summer.
Lots of trials clubs in the area and you only need to join one of them to ride most of them.
Good luck.

I think it is very important to try a bike before you buy. Especially in a section. Good luck.
-
Hey bud, that bike is a handful for a starter bike. Good luck.
-
Yeah, I and another trials rider broke ribs in between sections one Sunday. Neither of us went to the docs at first.... He died from internal bleeding the next day. Best get that stuff seen to just in case.
It took four months before I could ride again. As soon as you can get on a peddle bike to maintain your fitness.

Hi, after refitting the rear wheel, (making sure that the brake disc is in between the pads not one side or the other) there should be enough space between the chain tensioner and the swing arm to just get your thumb in between.
Also whilst you have the wheels off take a fine flat headed screwdriver and carefully pop out the outer plastic covers on the wheel bearings and if they are not knackered get some fresh grease in there. This will help them last a lot longer and should be done every three months or so.
Hope this helps.
