Hi I have a 1958 Cub with what I believe are the original hub, spindle, spacers into heavyweight forks. There is a gap that I'm questioning on the opposite side to the drum. Am I missing a spacer? Should the hub pull through further when I tighten the nut on the drum up? Or does it just have a gap!?

I have been watching my Christmas pressie DVD of the 63 Scottish and at a minute and nine seconds in there is a London registered Cub with a frame I don't recognise, what appears to be an alloy silencer and suspension that seems to be about ten years or more ahead of its time - let's say it would attract comment if it turned up at some of today's pre'65 trials and probably be rejected. Many of you will have this DVD and some the event programme. Does anyone know anything about the bike and its rider?

Hi all, Having managed to oil up NGK B6HS at a rate of roughly 1 per trial, would it do any harm trying a slightly hotter NGK B5HS? I won't be riding the bike on the road! Does anyone else use these in their Cub? Bruce.

Can anyone help????? I purchased a cub frame which was supposedly fitted with a wide swinging arm..... However I'm begining to wonder if it is.... Does anyone know the actual width of a standard cub S/A or a standard cub wide S/A so I can check which I have.... I dont want to modify it if it is a wide one as I'm building a stock looking trial's cub with correct steel tank's fork's etc rather than a trick one...... Pete
