Can someone explain the marking system on the Scott. I have watched videos and noticed several riders in a section at the same time. Are the sections not walked thhrough first and are there more than one observer at each section ie one observer/rider in the section. I am puzzled as to what happens.

Calling out to Bill Beveridge, is Trials Cub Parts business still operating ? If you know Bill, please pass on this message: Bill, Seven weeks ago you received my Tiger Cub Barrel & promptly cashed my cheque for £150 for a rebore and a o/s Wiseco piston. Despite many calls to both your contact numbers listed on your website, i have not had the barrel back from yourself. If you "have" posted the barrel, please confirm the courier, their contact number and a tracking number. If you cannot provide these details, i presume you have still not posted the item. I am hoping this is just a oversight, if you do not contact me within seven days, i will be taking advice from t…

Hi guys and girls, Have already got the trials bug, been to see a few and want to start. Just wondering on any suggestions for what type of bike on a budget (up to £1000 ish?). I know it might need some work etc. Have some road and MX experience but not alot. Have some old MX gear which I think should be ok. Also, live in the SE so wondering of any friendly clubs ETC as I will be going it alone. All help/advice greatly appreciated. P.S. Have been looking on here for a while now, trials seems like a great place to be, 100% more friendly than the MX crowd. Thanks for any help recieved. Paul

Please note that in 2013 there will be 2 British Solo Trials Championships: British Solo Trials Championship – Stop Allowed Rules. ( TSR 22A) Details are being finalised but it is envisaged that this would be a three round Championship on a restricted area closed course (each round one or two day duration). Entries would be limited to a max of 25/30 riders of proven ability in possibly two classes. British No-Stop Trials Championship. ( TSR 22B) 4 or 5 rounds, (each round 1 or two day duration) These events would follow a similar format to the 2012 BTC Championship however without the practice lap.

Hey guys This year is my first attempt at riding the Scott Trial. I have been busy training and getting the bike ready but I am still unsure about what gearing I should run?? I am currently running 9 - 43 which is lovely in the sections and nice and easy to ride but I am not sure it will be suitable for such an open course. I am thinking going up to a 10t on the front? What do people recommend? Additionally any further informations for a scott virgin would be beneficial? BTW i am number 30 so if you see my struggling give me a kick up the ass so I can get on with it. Thanks in advance Scott
