Hello everyone. I've just bought myself an M80 which I am hoping to get sorted so that I can do a few trials this winter. I had a couple of Bultos when I was a keen young lad in the seventies, and have a soft spot for them! I have been looking at some of the posts to get advice on what to look for and how to sort things. Its been really useful. Clearly some of you guys know your Bultos. One thing I have not been able to find is how to remove the lower steering head bearing cup. I've tried heating it up and tapping it up the stem but the dust cover is starting to distort and there's no sign of it moving. Any advice? Also any other advice specific to rebuilding this mode…

My 159 is currently at 1mm oversize but could do with a rebore as there is some light scoring after the small end spacer broke up. Is there a bigger oversize than +1mm or will that mean a new liner or scrap the barrel?

  16. Just wondered cos i have a spare front end from an OSSA gripper languishing in the corner of the shed and one of the main things that puts me off riding the 199B is the orrible feel of the tiller steering so just wondered if anybody had tried non leading axle forks? Using the Ossa yokes as well would also get rid of the tiller effect which feels very strange. Funny thing is in their day i dont seem to remember it bothering me but it does now.

Hello all, I am after some information about modifying the middle box on my Sherpa as I want to cut it open and repack it anyway. I have seen some mention of modifications to the middle box to improve the exhaust but no one has said what to do to them so if anyone knows could they post it on here. Photo`s would be nice. Also would anyone have the measurements and photo`s for a Comerfords/ Reg May rear engine mount for the 199B. The off season is almost here. The swingarm extension mods would be nice as well but I can work that out as I go. The engine in my 199B is a 151 engine. I just replaced the fork springs with some from Bultaco UK and the difference is unbelievable. …
