Hi, wondering if anyone can help, i am thinking of fitting a tow bar on my vehicle for a bike rack but need to know the wieght of a 198A Bully, i thought about 140kg??????????????????

Hello again, Refering to my 64mm stroke crankshaft in my 325 sherpa t engine, that should be a 60 mm stroke. Am I disappointed after fitting a new rod kit and assembling the engine cases.You better believe it I am. Should I have checked the stroke? Maybe I should have.But in my defence I bought it as a basket case. Well I have a Italjet 326cc engine spare sitting on a bench in the shed.Does anyone know if the crank out of it will fit my Bully.I know they share common piston's and rod kits.They have the same flywheel.They share the same bore and stroke.I guess I could strip the engine ,but the work benches are full at the moment. Can anybody tell me if my wiring might be the cause of not cranking up? Ok black, yellow, and green r coming out of motor. When I got this bike there was no switches on it at all, no kill switch no headlight switch and no wires to tail light. Green coming from motor I got hooked to green wire that runs to that little grounding place under seat, black wire coming from motor I got hooked to coil wire and the yellow I got hooked to nothing. What is the two wires running from grounding place under seat?

I am currently getting my 158 ready for registration and need a copy of the wiring diagram for this model. I have others that are similar but not the same. I assume the 159 wwould be the same. If anyone has one that they can email me I would really appreciate it. Regards Drew

Dear All, I am trying to clean/restore the wiring of a recently bought Alpina 213. Need your help to clarify components and correct wiring The stator has 5 coils, and 6 wires: black, yellow, green, green/yellow, red, grey I found the black connected to ignition coil (and the bike runs 🙂 ) and kill switch. The red and the grey are not connected to anything. The green is earthed to the frame. The yellow goes to horn (and it sounds) as well as main light switch. Stop light does not work. Tail light always on... My questions: 1/ is it possible to identify the coils and their functions? how to? 2/ I understand one coil is for igniti…

Can somebody give me some advice or whati could possibly do to get my bultaco alpina 250 to start up? Im getting spark and gas comes out of plunger on carb but I can put starting fluid in it and it still won't even try to start.. please help thanks art

Hi, just finished pulling apart the clutch and fly wheel (exellent clutch holding tool came from Bult UK yesterday!)) on M80 motor. Does anyone know the correct sizes for the woodruff keys as the ones that came our were decidedly of the home made variety. Cheers

With the 191 rebuild coming on slowly i've been out practicing with my nephew on his '97 Gas Gas ( JTX250 Contact ).We were speculating how much harder things might seem on the Sherpa and we were trying to work out how much heavier the sherpa is than the Gas Gas....so the question is what does a '77 191 Sherpa weigh in pretty standard trim ( ally tank,plastic mudguards ) ?

hi all the bottom nut on the yokes the one that holds the bearings in anybody know what size c spanner id need to tighten it up? i know you can use a big screwdriver but ive just had the yokes painted. and dont want to damage it or the nut?

hi all can anybody tell me witch way the bolts go on the 199A yoks? daft question i know theres a resess on the botom yoks so the hex heads go in facing out but the top yoks have the resess at the back is it possibel to have the hex heads facing out on the top yoke? because the nut wount fit in the resess but i have seen bikes wwith the bolts this way only reason is my yokes or blue so ive got black bolts .and would look beter this way
