This topic rears its head every year without fail! Whether the results are in a database, typed up, hand written or scribbled on a chalk board - there's plenty of folk ready and willing to publish them given half a chance. Are the results kept secret on purpose, is there a worry about inaccurate scores or something?

The long punch will get the old ones out fine. A bit of grease is a good idea but use the old bearing instead of the socket and hammer tap the new ones home (don't forget to put the spacer in!) Some folk put the new bearings in the freezer overnight and warm the hubs up before fitting?
