If you look on the Trick-bits website under products>abs cover then click on the beta logo it says they should be out for around 2 oct 06. I spoke to him at hawkstone and he said he was struggling to get his hands of a beta for a month or so to develope them. definately going to get some swing arm covers when they come out and maybe a long silencer gaurd.
  12. Interesting how even folks with limited mechanical abilities pick up on that Montesa quality! It`s not the Montesas high quality that he picked up on, it`s the poor quality of the gasser.

  18. I agree this is a truly awful thing to happen to any family. My dearest condolences go out to them. It was at Back cowm quarry which is in whitworth just outside rochdale. An article was posted on the rochdale observer website, article. read some of the comments at the bottom. now to my views. I ride there nearly every saturday. The accident happened on a thursday evening which is enduro night, the enduro course is marked out and runs all around the quarry. There are some big drops, some of which are fenced off some arn`t. When entering the quarry you have to sign a disclaimer, under 18`s to have a parent to sign. The price of riding at the quarry has just recently gone up to cover insuarance, marshalling and developement of the site. Trials riding there is the cheapest at
  19. cant think of any, im sure that you need a towball mounting plate on all that are available. What about having a plate made that connects where the swan neck does?
  20. technically your right. make sure you remind beta next time they do a partslist wont you
  21. changed one on my mates 99 recently, just screwed it straight on, i think there was a washer on it, make sure that you don't over tighten it as you'l snap it off,its only brass, test your old one by putting it in a cup of hot water and see what the resistance is, resistance should be low above 70 deg celcius i think, new ones are rated slightly lower, it has the numbers on it. it'll probably say 68-72.
