after you've worn your boots a few times you'll see where the boots are going to wear through first.
i bought some shoe goofrom ebay and neately put it over the parts on my boots that are going to wear, its a liquid rubber. I used to use it in my bmxing and skateboarding days. You can get it in clear or black. Apply a few layers over a couple of weeks as it takes 72 hours to dry completely, once its nearly worn through this reapply and you never get holes in your boots.

yes they are 6004 2rs, repack them with waterproof grease before installing them, go for the nsk/skf ones as some of the others are cheap and wont last.

if its leaking between the tyre and rim, then you probably got a damaged bead on that tyre, the manufactures would replace your tyre if its faulty im sure??

Does anybody Know where to get the pre-formed packing for my 05 rev3 rear silencer?
Its been mentioned in a few previous topics.
Could re-pack with the normal loose stuff, but, its always been abit of a ball ache.

I had a 98 tx250 so heres some measures;
Fork oil : 7.5 weight 330ml in each leg
Radiator : 500ml pure coolant
Gearbox oil : 10w40, 650ml
Swingarm bearings : Hk1520 2rs
Also if i remember rightly there is no specific filler you have to remove the spy glass and fill it through the spy glass hole.

Place some rubber washers on the rivets between your fork brace and mudgard, I`ve got an 05 270 and haven`t broke one yet, you maybe just unlucky.
