I am afraid he is going to suffer a little disappointment.

Always put the airbox assembly on before the fuel tank. What exactly is your problem?
-
Why has the difficulty increased? That has to be the CoC getting it wrong, easily fixed, just lay out easier sections.
-
Well done Milton Buzzards! Great to see it being a success after all the hard graft. Good on you.

The models around 1999 & 2000 were pretty good, the old TXT range. It was the first water cooled model that was probably not so good ( Delta?) and the 02 Pro had a few issues for some, fine again from 03 onwards. However thats my expierence only!

A few years ago I put a Gas Gas Pro in a Honda Civic and rode a trial in Spain. Only had to remove the wheels, rear mudguard and turn the bars down.
-
I think you may find its not the wheel, its the IRC tyre, do a search on the forums and you will find plenty of others with IRC problems the same.

Not unusual to see when travelling in the Far East, as above its considered good manners.

Have to agree with the above post, nothing but great service from Gas Gas UK (and also from any other the GG dealers I have dealt with) since my first Gas Gas way back in 1989.
-
Have to say I have found the X-Lite to be excellent in wearabilty and grips in all conditions.
-
Blimey, that place is starting to look worn out!
-
Errrr.... Nope!! or as Ant & Dec would say, Chewy...its not you.
-
No, the whole trial did not really rest on this section as most (all) the riders that are being discussed were not eligable for the S3 round (other than James Fry) so perhaps the view should be that the trial was spot on for the riders it was aimed at.

Do you mean an exhaust bung, like these? http://www.motomerlin.org.uk/product/Progrip_Exhaust_Bung_bung

If its happening with the old head, and you have had the barrell worked on, I would certainly looking for the cause of the problem and not thinking its the new head.
