Bootle Classic Round
Nope, decided not to this year as a 10hr round trip to act as scrubbers ,because the locals have all the late numbers is just not worth it.

Duncan Mcdonald
I can remember Duncan from the mid 70s and his Ossa powered monocque special. Very striking loking bike for the time. I was in the North Wales area then and he was a fairly regular at centre trials, if I am not mistaken I think he went onto make mountain bikes.

Nigel, have to agee with you regarding the medals. Seems like poor reward for the effort put in. As a national series would a bit of promotion really be to much to ask.- 2005 Acu Classic Trials Championship

You book hotels in about 3 villages and the organisers lay on coaches to take you back to the days start village or town. Works well.- French 3,4 Or 5day Trials
5 Days of Verdon in August. Takes place in the South of France about 60 miles north of Nice. Been to the last 4, ridden 3 times. Not sure if there is a better trial in Europe. Huge daily routes and fantastic scenery as you get up into the ski resorts.- Fuji To Ride Motogp?

I find it strange that having done all that pre event posting Carly seems to have forgotten to update at the end of day one. Poor show- Sad News
On reading the sad news of the passing away of Brian Fowler, I reflected that a lot of us must have had contact with him over the years. I certainly had a lot to thank him for in the past as he arranged rides with Beamish Suzuki and Fantic for me. We will miss his enthusiasm for our sport, he truly was a big man in all ways.- Gg 2005 300 Problems Starting
This may seem strange , but try removing the little valve thing thats fitted in the vent pipe from the fuel cap. They have been known to play up even when you can blow through them OK.- Whoisit?
