Well said Dan, my only other thought about this was that, yes i know i have a scorpa so im a bit biased, he could buy a long ride SY250 2t(as from his description he is doing a bit of trail riding) and zip the motor up a bit by moving the stator plate. The only place that Scorpas look scabby quick is on the frame where your boots rub and that is easily solved by using that real thick sticky carbon look stuff! My two cents worth!!

All that new stuff to look at on a GG, f.i , 4t etc etc and in the third photo down the most interesting thing to look at for "beardy" is the 09 mudguard fixings!!!

Is the black cylindrical regulator still in position on the ally "sub frame" and is it connected.

Have you or someone else taken the lights off?. Rev the bike when the fan is on and see if it stops.

Exactly that! we are all doomed!!! Isnt it up to you which route you ride, whos gear you wear!, which bike you ride?. If trials is to be turned into a "minimoto-esque" chav sport by cheap chinese crap then so be it, out of the say 100 that take it up only 10 will continue past winter anyway and out of those 6 will break down and so on, or maybe 100 will buy cheap chinese crap and out of those 50 will one year later buy proper trials bikes 20 of which may well be Sherco's!! win,win or maybe not!!.... I have had a pair of GAR boots for 3 years and they are brill!, but.... gore-tex socks are best if you want fully waterproof, IMHO cheaper and longer lasting than Seal-skins (if have seal skins at the mo' and whilst they are warm etc they aren't as tough)

Are the wheels turning freely with no brakes binding? Are the batteries the same size on both bikes? If yes, maybe swap them over and see how long the bikes last... The first battery charge up on our bike was finished in 2-3 hours but folk say that the first charge is important on some types of batteries so I left ours on the trickle charge for 24 hours in total - maybe this is why ours is lasting so long? It might be worth a quick email to Ian to see what he thinks. PS It might be the pikey Yorkshire electric that you have Best get me piebald horse to speed up turning the generator then!, got to go the roasted hedgehog is ready!!

You read the instructions! I thought fella's didn't do that sort of thing Of course i dont normally read instructions!! are you mad!, but as the smalls are involved i thought i best had, just in case........... i really cant quite believe what cool things they are we have been out in the street playing on 'em too and the noisiest thing is me pretending to be Martin Lampkin "stand up, use yer brakes, speed up, slow down" etc. In fact its nearly as much fun as riding yer sen and at least i can teach them to ride properly......unlike their dad!!!(me, not the milkman!)

Aye up, It says in the manual that the "lag" on the throttle goes away as the potenionionomter( ) is turned up more but we have a loony 3 y.o so for the mo' we have the same issues as yourself. If you want a laugh wait till its rained,turn it up to full whack on a grass field (soft landing needed) and stand back and prepare for the melee!!!, proper funny, its like putting a monkey on a turbo hayabusa!! p.s no small people were hurt in the production of this experiment!!
