I don't know which is worse the constant bad spellers (we all make mistakes) or text type speak.

I have a 125, it is an excellent clubman bike. I dont think you will find a lot for sale as folks are hanging on to them. There was a 125 on here a while back for 1200 I think, that was cheap. There is a clutch arm mod if you buy a cable clutch model, speak to Birketts about it. Also a jetting and silencer mod, again details on his website. I have just bought a heavy duty chain tensioner and I will be getting some Hebo pegs and fixing a mud flap to protect the shock as a 250 has fitted. That will have it sorted. You may see a couple come up for sale now the 175 is out, but they will not hang about if priced sensibly.

The petrol tank is now selling, at present it is @

:agree: Yes its a great site and a tenner is nothing for all the news and info I personally have piocked up since I became a member. And all this from someone I believe does not take part in the sport. Thanks, just give me a shout when you want my tenner.
PS What about the shirts etc.

First off Happy New Year to all. Anyway, has anyone replaced thier chain tensioner guide on a 125 TYS with a stronger unit, as I bent mine in a trial today and the chain came off, and speaking to a mate he had the same problem at some time. On inspection they dont look the sturdiest bits of kit. Luckily I was able to straighten it out and get the chain on and a boot full of water at the same time in the stream . Thanks in advance.

What do ya mean"we can get," I thought the game was for yer lad!!! Bet ya didn't play with his mobiles when he was in the cot.

I was working with a bloke earlier in the year and when I started to work with him he overheard me mention trials. He said I used to do a bit of trials years ago and he does Enduro now. He was doing up his barn and did not have a shed so his van was acting as a mobile shed, he said look here and no word of a lie slung in the van a Majesty, possibly early Godden he was not sure but I took a pic of it emailed to Pitley and he confirmed it 99%. Not running as it was run until it would run no more. Poss required a rebore etc. He doesn't want to sell though. It was one of the yellow ones?

I believe that if numbers are intact you can get an ageing letter from Yamaha. Pitley has recently done this I believe, no good trying to PM him tonight or for the next week or 2 he's on his way to India for a holiday. I got a letter from Yam years ago, just tell them you want to register the bike and add some flannel about wanting to order some parts and wanting to get the year right when you order the mountain of parts you have in mind. Re losing a Q plate I am not sure whether you may be able to do the same but you need to get the letter first and then maybe scrap the bike on paper and start again. But I am not 100% on this so tread carefully. It costs nowt to get the letter though. Good luck

We have been out and set out today, there are a few trees down in the area, it was no wetter up there today than any other time. Having said that it has been tipping down since we left there. We are all set to go tomorrow, if you want to ring Mike the sec try him at around 8am his number is in TMX. Cheers

Keep an eye on the stuff, it's been on and off for ages now, either pulled inside 12 hours or buy now stuff not selling. Watch it you will see.

I used Williams upholsterers years ago they are now on Westfailing St on right hand side going up, they are down a small drive. Look at material they are using and a couple of seats he has done if you can. I used him when he was at Foley trading est Hereford.

Steady on Stu I just noted 3 Hereford names reading this thread.

Hi Stu, I'LL sign you in as Over 40 if you like. I dont care. PS Malcolm don't try turning the TL into a mono with the grinder, there will be some frowning going on. Hope to see you there.
Some take the word Classic too seriously.

You need a reflector on the rear, legal number plate a bulb horn is okay. (Audible means of approach, shoutings out though) Check your tyres do not have the words "NOT FOR ROAD/ HIGHWAY USE" or anything similar. You obviously know about the other requirements, headrace, wheel and swing arm bearings etc, jobs a good un.

Anyone on here coming to Clyro Sunday. (Herefordshire Classic Trials Club) If so see you there.

Try Japanbikespares at Malvern or Ellastone in TMX. They are always importing and breaking em. Cheers

I have recently discovered the Youtube site and I find after a while trawling around I lose the sound. Is this the norm, are we only allowed a certain amount. The only way I seem to get it back is to log off the web and log back on. Also I heard that Youtube was recently sold for a large amount, but I cant understand how they make money. Thanks in advance.

Yeah around about that age we were tearing up and down on a Raleigh runabout, and a bit later a Suzuki TS 90. Happy days

Try a Scorpa 125 or 175 as the new ones are. I trialled my 125 yesterday on the white route, spent a lot of time in water and through rocky streams etc. The bike did not miss a beat all day, I am around 14 stone and the Scorpa performed well. We were at South Shropshire do. Good day
PS. I am a novice also. Try one out I guarantee you will be surprised.

Just getting back to the item originally asked about, I have recently had some microsoft updates and the page has been jazzed up a bit and I have now got a phishing filter whatever that is, (not been fishing since I was a kid). All seems slower than before though, started up okay though. Anyone else had these changes? Thanks PS Andy a couple of dodgy looking ads in the classified section.
