Gas Gas 200 Ajp Clutch Master Cylinder
There is a small hole that feeds to the piston, sounds like it may be blocked. Maybe a small wire. I usually pull a wire from my wire brush.

Arizona National Feedback
To playwithgravity, Too bad you missed Arizona and the NM events. In New mexico we actually had a Tv commercial and the event was held at a ski area that is remote, but still very accessible. Very steep loop for the spectators, but the ski lift was running. It was pretty cool that the section I scored Saturday was within a 200ft from the top of the lift. I ended up with a lot of spectators at about 9200ft with a most awesome view.(Mrs. Meyerpeters about had a nervous breakdown from the ski lift ride up!) Quite entertaining. We had 1 section for the whole weekend that Pat was the only rider to get through. Otherwise the Pro`s had good point spread for the sections. Luckily only a few small showers. The experts had a few almost too hard. My section sunday was hard and long. So the pro`s and Experts raced through the final half. Most finishing with less than 5 seconds to spare! Great event.

200 Pro Gearbox
The needles should not of fallen out. I believe that there is a new single bearing. Was this bike just recently bought? The kick start pawl is usually pretty obvious if broken.

2006 280 Pro - Fan Starts But Never Stops...but Temp Does Drop
Best thing is it is cooling. Have you checked to see if it is wired to stay on?

Rev-3 Cooling Fan Question
The fan usually runs like that. Have you checked the water level since the rebuild. And a 140 is just a little lean at sea level. I would suggest a 145. 150 was stock.

Unscrew the adjustment bolt all the way. Sounds like it`s not returning enough.

Why Is My Titanium Pipe Blue? (Picture)
`On a hot summer day, on a mountain road, with plenty of throttle, even a trial bike will get hot.` Quote from guys. Yeah I just melted the inside of a Raga middle pipe two weeks ago on a steep mountain road. I was blowing out hot aluminum chunks.

Why Is My Titanium Pipe Blue? (Picture)
Ben if your plug is white, I would try one step bigger main just to be safe. Sounds like you might like to ride the trails , not always just slow trials work.

03 Pro Clutch Upgrade
Thanks Lazer, I liked all your input! I checked our old Raga compared to my `new` vintage Fantic. The old cable clutch was lighter! Might have to do the mod also.

Clutch Lever Too Stiff
You can get away with out the two springs for a while. You said you are a new rider. Once you start riding bigger obstacles or longer hills it will be a problem. First time you slam your manhood into the tank, put the springs back in. It`s an easy clutch to begin with, work on your grip.

What Did You Do To Your Gas Gas Today?
She`s been stuck before! Not good, but if it is running fine you will get by for awhile! New (re-chromed cylinder) and new piston is not cheap.

200 Pro Gearbox
A knocking at all speeds is probably a piece off the kick start gear traveled to the primary gear. (big gear on the back of the clutch) Usually sounds like a rod knocking, hardly visible by the eye. Some times you need to take an eyeglass to see it.

03 Pro Clutch Upgrade
If your clutch is hard, I would be looking at the correct finger height to make it lighter pull. Changing the spring is a good upgrade, but if the clutch pak is not in spec it will not change much. I think changing the cover just to go to the mineral oil is a waste of dollars unless you have issues with the original set up.

New Trials Ruling #69
I once rode a Texas state series. The time limit was too short. Texans take the time limit to heart. The trialsmaster told everyone to speed up the sections. I actually `passed` two riders in a section. Almost everyone finished on time!

Two Stroke Trials Exhaust Question
You do not need a fender, you just ripped the top off the air box. The air box should still be functional. I would remove the pieces off the fender and epoxy it parts back together All it is holding is the fender. This would just be a temp fix, but I`ve seen temp fixes last forever! And if you have never broke a throttle housing, you not trying hard enough. Ha! Ha!, sorry I can not tell you how many times this has happened to me through the years!

Two Stroke Trials Exhaust Question
If the middle box is just bent, I would have an elbow welded between the two. If you are creative, it will work fine

Gagas Kick Start Problem
If the shaft is moving then the clip had to come off. Also the bearing in the case is probably shot.

Update Rear Wheel?
Should be able too. It would be the spokes vs your hub. I know when I got my 1989 Beta I sure liked the design. Be sure to order a couple of spare spokes.

Where Are All The Txt 50 Boys Bikes ?
Trouble is no matter how good you set-up a txt boy it will never work as good as a ty80. (granted the txt has great brakes). The ty80 if you gear it down does not need any clutch work except to stop. The auto clutches are just a waste of time,(no competition) unless the kids just riding around the yard. My kid started on a pw50, beta mini-trial,(The reason for the beta vs the gas gas was the Beta would start.) 2 different ty80`s and his final kids bike was a full size txt70. I bought the beta new and was a waste of time except my kid was only 5. The ty80`s were great and the txt70 taught him clutch control. Good luck on your search. If you find the gasser with the big bore kit, it is quite exciting for an auto!

Instructions For Techno Clutch Plate Removal And Replacing?
As Dan said no torque needed. Just lightly snug them up, the springs will hold. Too much torque and you will be buying more parts. Ps, Beta`s always had cold stick.

Where Are All The Txt 50 Boys Bikes ?
