  1. Oh that is a luckey bit! If that aircraft was not soo powerfull he would have bit the dust! Just goes to demonstrate Stalls happen at any airspeed and at any attitude of the aircraft. People freak over this, and there is a lot of jibbarish involved in the aerodynamics, but basically, once one exceeds the G force the wingspeed(vs relative air) will sustain lift, you are there.
  2. I put this clip up for a few different reasons. Primarily those that mention spending all day in the section hopping about for a dab. Well in a timed event(BTC hopefully and certainly WTC) you do not have all that. Let the hopping prats bounce themselves into a dab in a club trial, but in a real event it is less likely! Now this section was set for the top lads and no way a lesser rider is doing it. It is TIGHT!!! But the CoC has to use what terrain is available to take the riders to a challenge! One only has what he has to work with. He did not actually cross tracks, as you notice he came in high, there are ribbon everywhere as you notice and this is decieving. Now, when you talk about rollback, well at least in NATC and I believe WTC rules, one is allowed for dynamic movement ov the bike. This is for good reason. As those have observed the rear only, and if one takes a much closer look, I doubt you will find the front rolling back, only side hops, and the bike changes position. It all comes to close observance, and pushes the limits. But that is where those folk live!
  3. I thought all Revs had the pop! On a Kiehin, 1/2- 1 and 1/2 is a preferred range on the mix screw so that sounds normal to run it at that range of about 1 for a good idle.
  4. Wonder what part you are welding on an '11? Me, I would probably disconnect the magneto harness and possibly remove the cdi unit. Insure a good ground close by.
  5. As you have not seen fit to put up any measures on any of the findings, it is anyones guess here. Splatshop.co.uk will send you parts. I just hope someone at the other end has a clue, as conrod kits are seldom neccessary. For all w know, you may just have clogged carb jets and pinging going on?
  6. OK, so I found this snippit. Would this be stop or no-stop?(Point being, with no more delays than this it would allmost qualify for a scottish section clean) Now I tell you with the time limits in the sections they do not fu-- about on the top levels. I have no problem with it, yet the lesser lads will struggle to get through and likely fail it anyway. http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=-UflkCnNd0w&feature=endscreen
  7. Yep, he is nuts! But a good pilot! Some of those little planes are very versitle! They will fly off at a whim! Yet at the same time they are equally unforgiving in other respects. We always practice short field landings, cause proficiency is best.
  8. It all changes when you put it between the markers! Walk the sections well, learn them and find your line! Concentrate on your line and adjust as neccessary! The GOOD line is about three inches wide in many cases.
  9. No, if you do not have the good tool to begin with, you will never align a degree wheel. A vernier type works, dut a dial indicator is better!
  10. Soo did the British Empire become a Country into itself? I heard lately that the Scottish were voting to move from the UK!!!! Where is Scotland moving to? I think we still have Bush here down round Austin. Old hippie bitches won't shave ther armpits either!
  11. One last thing, once you learn to wheelie and turn with the pegs, then you can combine the two into a "floating turn"! Same principals apply! And just about the time you think you have it or get tired and lazy, you will bend the inside elbow and take a dab to the inside! Ha!
  12. I rode the p*** out of the wifeys 125 when I had it. Loverly little bike and I left it stock, but second gear at WOT was all it would pull on big hills with me onit, and I am not heavy. Add, you don't let off! It is not a 200 and will never be. Just gotts learn how to ride the thing. It does teach you how to get the most out a bike!

    POORLY ENGINE

Try rotating the flywheel by hand to ck for smooth rotation of the bearings. Lift up and down on it to ck for slack. With piston halfway down, rotate flywheel to ck for lost motion in the conrod.
  14. Oh My God! Now we must be politically correct before we train and send your young dumb ass out to get shot at! I think the most revilting thing I seen lately was the issue ov some marines p****** on some dead Tali's or something! Well isn't that a real pisser! I guess they do not count the public beheadings of prisioners that they do as objectionable! I guess we just have to understand! Mayby we should retake Stoning!
  15. I think they got all them darn souf, like in Houston or sumthing. For me, that would be like driving to London from the Yorks or Middlesgorough! Feck that! I gust try to stay in south Oklahoma, cause further up and into Arkansas, I just would compare to the Deliverance! And you wonder why we keep handguns!

    Sherco 4T?

In a way this view is somewhat justified I think, as they are not for a novice! But for a hard core Big Bore 4T entheuiast, there is NOTHING like the Brute! It will rip! All P65 riders should have one! Soo fun to ride!

    FIRST SHERCO

No, I would think that due to the coolant(antifreeze)used. You doo need that you know!
  18. Seriously though! I will attempt to give you a couple pointers! When you want to wheelie, drop the knees and move forwaard like you are Boinking the gas tank to weight the front, then exrend legs and arms moving (rocking)back to lighten the front. You can practice this stationary. The front becomes almost weightless. No jerking, just extend arms, the timing on the little bit of throttle you need becomes more natural. Learn to steer with your feet! Weight the side and let the bars follow the lean angle as it flows. Bar is used for corrections only and keep your weight off them. A motorcycle WILL NOT turn properly unless leaned!!!!! If you do this you will keep your body centered over the bike and just lit the bike move under you if you keep your feet out a couple inches on the pegs and do not hug the frame. It all takes time to become more natural, so learn how to turn and such at home if you have a small open area. Close your eyes and feel the bike in a figure eight! Keep inside arm straight, outside elbow bent! Gotta give the thing some beans to keep it cleaned out, run it down the trail and rev it out. Don't put too much oil in the gas as 80:1 of quality oil is plenty and then some for you right now! Lastly , have fun playing, and get a Ryan Young training video or others (all) and learn!
  19. Sell it and take up Beer! You can wobble like that and noone will care!
  20. None the 125's will pull a tall gear.
  21. Yea, you do gotta watch that stuff. Look at what happened to Ham at a young age! He ain't been right since!
  22. I think the top lads run a 48T rear in order to pull a big third gear .
  23. I think splatshop has some at half what the Jitsie costs.
