Come on ben MAN Up ,, A well setup 320 is the best four stroke going.. You need to at the top of your game to have a good days rideing on one...when its good its very very good,but when you let them boss you about,they bite....

I find the easy way to do the linkage bearing on a sherco, is to take out the top shock bolt first. This allows the shock to drop enough to get the bottom bolt out.. Rest you can you can get at easy enough..

I did one of these last week on a sherco.. I put the yoke in the feezer overnight to get it really cold. Then just before fitting i droped the bearing in boilling hot water for a couple of minutes. The bearing fell into place easy.. Blew all the water off with a air line and regreesed with water proof greese. Al went well for me..Hope it works for you two..

I have a ohlins fitted to my 08 320 and it is very good compared to the olle.. They give a very good feel and i find that they make the bike grip a lot better. Not to hard to setup, but its best to have the right C spanners.. You could try giving Robin Martin a ring at RCM motorcycles..(01209820896) Hes normally got a few second hand shocks in good order..May even have a Ohlins.. The 08 Olle can be rebuilt,, as for cost i seem to think it was around

Yes it will fit... Bit of black paint on the clutch cover and water pump houseing,,,, Job done !!!

I had the same sort of thing when i first got my sherco 320... I took 2 springs out of the clutch and rellay helped...sliped a bit in top gear but was very easy to ride in the sections..

Just wondering what other sherco 320 4t riders are running there Keihin carbs at.. I've got mine set at.. 118 main jet 42 pilot jet 4 slide jjh needle 3/4 turn out on air screw Seems fairly good,but would like to know if it could be better...

I'd be intersted in knowing how you are getting along with this and for what reason you are doing it for... I have a spare keihin carb set up the same as the 08 spec on my bike,,but could be tempted to do the same as you are doing if there are good results to be had... I've taken all three of the restrictors out of the girls lt50 and it runs so much better... theres one in the carb on the poilot jet....one in the carb manifold....and one in the front part of the exhaust pipe... run it up on choke for 30 seconds and then its fine alday..

Well its still hanging on the workshop wall... Trying to find anyone that can weld tiaium down this way has been hard.. I've sent a email to S3 hopeing that they might be able to help.. But if anyone knows of someone that could help please let know... Cheers Mike
