hi ive got a nzi trials helmet but i notice its not got the acu gold sticker on the back . will i be able to use that helmet for trials events

I would say crank seal too. yes both spot on. out on it today and it started smoking like a train which confirms the crank seals shot . thanks again guys

hiya got a wee problem with my 99 techno blowing gearbox oil out of the breather pipe . ive filled it up with the right amount of oil (500ml) and the correct grade (75 wt gear) and its still doing it anybody got any ideas. cheers.

my mate also used that castrol link life stuff for his chain once but when he was trying to carry the hot tin with the chain still in it back outside from the kitchen via the living room the chain took a slide to one side and that crappy wire handle that came with the tin gave up and the whole lot ended up on the cream living room carpet while his mum was sitting watching the telly. he ended up getting rid of the bike soon after that i seem to remember

changed the fork seals on my 99 techno today, all went well new seals seated no problem, fork sliders immaculate no pitting etc .went out on it tonight and left side pouring out oil {wouldnt mind but it was only the other side that was leaking thought i was doing the right thing changing the pair! downer} anyone got any ideas cheers.

try running 98 octane petrol i had exactly the same problem on my cr250 i changed to 98 octane and not had a bit of bother since

been out this evening on my 94 techno , misjudged a route and ended up submerged under water , got home removed the plug and kicked it over till all the water was out of the cylinder ,removed air filter, got the airline and blew dry all the electrics but still not a peep out of it anyone got any ideas

HI there. I live in Leith and have a TY175 twinshock. I have been in touch with the Lanarkshire Motor Cycle Club and they run Trials events all year round. They are up at Killen this weekend and the next again weekend they are at Penicuik. I'm going up for a look at Penicuik to see what is involved. I think this is our closest club - and if you search on google you will find their website. You will obviusly need transport to get your bike to these events. If you find anything closer let me know. Where about in east lohian do you go.
