    You have to split the cranckcase. Pictures are on my site fantic.nl. Take a look at "Restoratie 303" -> "Foto Album" -> "Motorblok Demt". On picture 5 is the kickstarter-shaft to be seen. The 303 and 301 engines are basically the same.

    Honda CRF 250 has a bore of 78 mm Montesa 4RT has a bore of 76.5 mm. So it will not fit.

  7. Yes they have conventional damping with compression/rebound controlled on both legs.
  8. I think they have problems with the ignition. There are several films on youtube, but they never ride against the big rocks, and if you listen to the sound of the engine ... it is not that snappy as the Beta's, or Sherco's. It will take some time for that, there are a lot of parameters to find out. For the clubmen rider it will be enough, but they will compete at the top in the world championship, so they still have a lot of work todo.

  10. This is NOT true !! Basically the the dual and single map files are equal. There is a little difference in the ROM of the ECU so also in the file you are uploading, thats why you need other software 05 settingstool for the single map and 07 settingstool for the dual map. The lead is usable for both PTB's
  11. Hi check your gascable the throttle must be 100% closed, try agin with some space on the cable.

I have the following body numbers: 16400-NN4-315 Single stage body 16400-NLC-003 Dual-Stage body 16400-NN4-602 Std body 2005 from my own bike 16400-NN4-603 Std body 2006 or 2007 i'am not sure There are a lot of different numbers for the standard body's, so it is difficult to say which number belongs to which year. Also the numbers for the remapable body's are changed.

  14. Road bikes have a fuelpump with much more flow and more pressure, i have searched a long time but couldn't find one. Perhaps somebody else knows something.
  15. Did you check the temp sensor in the radiator, because if this fails the ECU is resetting and engine is running at low level.
  16. Mitani bore is : 80.5 which give 275 cc S3 bore is 80 mm which give 272 cc
