Check your pin size obviously.

"think our paths have crossed before." 2 day at Lake District ?
Method above should leave bearing on crank, casing is stronger than it looks. (famous last words ...)
-
I use a 3 legged puller, plus hot air paint gun to warm the casing. It your going in that deep I would replace the bearing while your at it.
You need to disconnect the wiring and pull it through, ideally. Where the wiring goes through the casing is a possible entry point for water, sanitary silicon does the job if the grommet is mangled. On reassembly seal the bearing carrier, and also the outer casing with a small amount of sanitary silicon. The breather (buy the timing mark) should be clear, with a transparent tube up under the tank.
-
I wouldn't , personally. But block the breather until you return it to its wheels.
-
Whether the coils good or bad, it does not impact on your problem of kicking it over.
Are you getting a spark with the plug resting on the head when you kick it over ?
Is the plug wet or dry ?
-
I'll finish the sentence for you - "buy a twin shock"
-
Could this be the start of Home and Away - Trials Central ?
(certainly more interesting than the recent what 2 stroke/shocks/gear oil threads of late)
-
Ever feel like your talking to yourself ?
-
I hope you slapped them ....
-
If the 2 stroke oil pump is not working, or disconnected, you will have to run 2 stroke mix in the tank. Probably 50 : 1. Check pump status carefully.
-
Not sure if your taking the urine ? Bantams lubricate the main bearing with gear oil in the way I described.
-
Just seen this, but had you bought Rochshocks you could have easily changed the length to experiment. They probably cost the same as falcons, and the cost of the cheep chinese would have paid for alternative bottom mounts for varying the length.

Accept thats the way it "should" be, won't know till he checks it .... Might have mains with one seal.
-
Hole was probably an attempt to lubricate the main bearing, might find it still has a seal nearest the con rod.
-
41t on the rear gives you lower gearing .....

Because the observer should not have to argue and justify each and virtually every score. Leading to confrontation, animosity and ultimately the loss of observers.
The observers can come under real pressure when a "well" known rider turns up with his cronies, "cleans" the section having stopped several times, they applaud, whoop and generally create a situation where the poor observer feels manipulated into giving an incorrect score.
The solution - revert to score books and make it a rule that the rider (or spectator) does not ask the score of any rider. I also suspect the scores between the top few and the rest would be considerably closer.
-
Then you take a one, two, three or five. Its all covered in the (real) rules.
-
No, its the minority of riders, at any level, that should be ashamed.
-
Sarcasm, at its best ....
-
Apply the no stop rule as an observer and you get sh*te from the rider. Allow a slight hesitation and you get sh*te from keyboard warriors.
And we wonder why nobody wants to stand in the rain for hours .....
-
Worth cleaning / re-packing exhaust, but unless that engine was already pretty hot, I would go for crank seal.
-
This them ?
