Not done this to bultaco's, but see no reason it wouldn't work. On Rotax first box, cut window, leaving enough meat to fit plate over whole area, fit 4 small rivnuts, repack, seal edges with high temperature silicon. Allow silicon to cure before use.

Talons Sprockets have several hole combinations so is the easy solution. 11 / 38 is my preference. (0.289)

Small syringe is best. ( If you have kids a calpol syringe is perfect, and you just tell them that medicine isn't ment to taste nice)

If you left fuel in the carb, and your petrol is as carp as ours, I would clean it again. A small amount down the plug hole, as suggested above should fire it up if it's a petrol issue, 10mm approx. Is the plug wet after trying to start it ?

When cleaning the carb, just the jets ? I spray brake cleaner through every orifice, in both directions, blowing using a compressor.

You can't really put stickers on plastic tanks as they breath fumes ! I had an swm italics badge engraved onto aluminium plate. Looks good IMO, but obviously not original.

Just off the weeji board to my mummy, she agrees with you.
But she also said to check your blood pressure, and when a cruel big boy suggests its not that smart to ride by yourself with a joke helmet and gopro (which are banned from competition here after Shumaker's accident) you over reacted just a tad.
