    Last new damper rod I bought was £15 (RS), and easy to rebuild yourself. From what I've seen you post, you would find it easy to do.

    I bought a bike that had a brand new set fitted, used them once and put on well used mitch front and IRC rear. Infinitely better, everything else on the bike was the same. (This was about 18 months ago)

    Tube type IRC are a fantastic tyre, no problem on morard or akront rims. Generally run 5 -6 psi as sidewalls are very soft.

    Just a perforated tube (or should be, they get blocked) I cut a rectangular hole on the carb side, repack with proprietary material. Cut and bend a cover fixed with four rivenuts, sealed with high temp silicon.

    Sounds normal to me, a bit lean maybe. A bit of slap but nothing exclusive.
