  1. An o ring chain is also wider and may foul casings etc.
  2. http://eastneukwobblers.webeden.co.uk/ http://www.lothiantrialsclub.co.uk/ As soon as you feel the urge to join a club check out the above, both are grass roots, both are AMCA so you turn up, join the club and ride. Both fairly local to you and have beginners/returning rider sections.
  3. If you buy Rockshocks it's fairly easy, and cheap to make them longer to compensate for changing angles.
  4. Helicoil, thought you were against that !
  5. Would be surprised if you get a definitive answer as length of shocks, footrest position, frame geometry etc all have a bearing .....
  6. Sounds to me like the carb isn't filling, floats/valve sticking ? Have you tried tapping the float chamber and giving it plenty time to fill ? Not sure about stale fuel, in UK anyway, started b40 today that's been sitting for months.
  7. Move the side stand !
  8. Check this, might be suitable http://www.inmotiontrials.com/product/montesa-cota-swing-arm-bush-kit/
  9. Find a local engineer, take the old spindle, bushes etc, ask nicely and they will make you New ones.

Yes, she was a bit delusional.
  13. Almost identical, a few local variations - antipasta misto has smiley faces, and artichokes get 3/5 years.

Anyone looked at the Saracen just posted for sale ? Wonder if the seller is Nigerian ?
  15. Sounds like you've never been to Fort William !
  16. The rules are irrelevant if Bou didn't get a five for stalling and balancing while restarting.
  17. No battery on mine last time I looked !
  18. Had Boyer on a B40 for about 15 years, can't fault it. Easy to fit, time etc. Hardest job was mounting the "black box" which is about the size of a cigarette packet.
  19. You sound like a13 year old girl.

    Carb Inlet

Make a heat shield as well, preferably from carbon fibre to preserve the period look.

    1979 Gunaco

Unlucky, as these engines are VERY robust. Martin M could give you a price to rebuild etc, or buy another engine. Aprilia TX TXR etc.

    1983 349 ?

Hi htrdoug, Swm clutches can be made 1 finger light with the correct bearings and ramp on the casing, also good cable run and the right lever. Alternatively, a Aprilia TXR casing or engine is the way forward, and has a much smaller flywheel so the performance is not so lazy.
