Agree 2 days agree trade stands. Prfessional observers are fine, but what natioanality? Hotel for 3 nights minimum and board and lodgings at each round would add alot more than you think?

I will give you mine to do if it's that easy, I've done 3 on new rims recently, and SOMETHING isn't as it should be, nothing to do with my technique.

This was some years ago, and somewhere there was a video of Matteo's bike sucking in a huge gobful of water as he went into a deep part of a stream crossing and hydraulicted (Sp) and blew the head off.

Matteo (italians) have form. A blown up engine on section 5 didnt stop 3 cleans in the next 3 sections, and despite evidence, no one locally was at all interested.
he finished 5th and it will always stick in my mind that regadless they always look after their own.

you are not allowed to re fuel out on the course so would have required a return to pits. Also to run as low as possible is a weight thing i guess?

he really skips the actual mechanics of getting the tape into the groove which is much much harder than he intimates, and i most have great difficulty getting it sealed whereas the old style, which is a completely different compound i could do every time relatively easily.

Not one to suggest anything underhand might happen in Italy in the final round, but I'd be surprised if Matteo doesn't win the event.

o rings from gas gas uk, unless you can find size, then get red ones.

the tape is not a gasser part its the same for all makes that age. The only trouble is getting an old style tape the new ones come with integrated valve and just dont seal easily. if at all.
