If he can tell a dellorto is flat with a bit of help he could adjust a kehin.
Once a kehin is set up correctly unless you go to 1000m you only need to adjust the mixture occasionally by hand.
To move to a bike that has no real spares back up and isnt produced at all seems a funny way to avoid setting a carb up right?
