Does anyone know if any of the European World Rounds are easily accessible via economy airline? I'm looking at trying to organise a lads weekend away. Hopefully funded by buying loads of cheap fags and selling them on return. ( In other words, Dabster, tobacco sponsorship is alive and kicking ).

I see it's that time of year again to think about tickets for Sheffield indoor, haven't been for many years but think its time to give a visit again ( I went to the first) this time to take my 5 year old son. The big question is can you choose your seats when booking and where is a good area to sit (imagine too close is no good as too low) and where is a good place to stay close by? Any tips gratefully recieved.

125 Youth Cup world champion Daniel Oliveras took second place in his first Jr World Round attempt. Can anyone now say this 125 class isn't worthy of developing young riders at the highest level? Way to go Dani!

Congratulations to Micheal Phillipson and his team. The only private entry in the world championship sections and he completed the trial on a very respectable 122. Micheal has a full time job to hold down which restricts his European forays and to pull a ride off at that level i think is a brilliant effort.

The fight for second will surely come down to the final day in the UK. Only a 14 point gap between 2nd thru 5th. My money is on Fajardo. My heart is with Fuji. Sixteen year old Jorge Casales 2nd in Junior. Impressive.

I came across this Youtube clip of Fuji doing a jump in a section. I've watched it a few times and I struggle to believe my eyes. Check it out for yourself

Consistency Just reading rider reports and a topics on todo trial saying some riders got a raw deal on observing calls, which if it was myself or another country man making the statement it would be seen as sour grapes, but when the Spanish themselves are asking what's the deal, then it doesn't look too good. This was a Spanish championship round and the foreign riders to Spain are only there for the training and their results don't count for the championship, is it biased scoring for the home boy? the same gets said both ways for world championship rounds depending on where the round is being held. When it comes to world championship events, 10 two day events 15 sect…

Some wacko freak brought up what kind of underwear Alexz Wigg wears and this got me thinking about the one piece suit as worn by all the world championship riders. God forbid, if an American were to compete at the highest level, would he wear such a hidious looking outfit?

Hi all just joined the forum, not new to trials and always meant to join earlier but never did! To cut the story short i would like to congratulate Iwan Roberts in his podium first today to take the second day win! This is an unbelievable achievement from such a great rider who always showed potiential at our local trials. Seeing Iwan grow with confidence and skill while i ride has been very exciting and im sure we have more to see yet. Not forgeting his achievement at only 16 years old and his second world round in the youth class. I hope 2014 brings bigger and better oppurtunities for the young rider to one day maybe our very own champion dominating the trials scene…

Hot news Graham Jarvis has been awarded a licence to promote a world round in 2009 around the Penrith area on the 17th of may 2009 this is supposedly a press release from the FIM i really hope that Graham can pull this off as the last few years at Hawkstone have been good and its a shame that there isn't one on the main land this year theres a bit more info on bradfordtrials.co.uk but im sure there will be more news in other places on the web

I catch up on X-trial on youtube usually months after the events air. I signed up for Club Jitsie thinking it had access to live events but it appears that it does not. Where are you all getting your feeds from in North America (I'm in Canada specifically)? I'd like to be able to watch as close to live as possible (live being difficult if events take place during the middle of our nighttimes!). X-Trial, Trial International, and others? Thanks!
