hi I have just put my new stickers on my sherco , I got them off eBay and they look really good . here is how to do it if you need help : 1. use a heat gun on your stickers to peel off without taking paint with them. 2. I used a spirit from the paint shop to wipe the plastics down and take all residue left behind off the plastics(forgot what it was , I will find out tomorrow). 3. heated up the plastics with heat gun. 4. put the stickers on (don't rush , just work out from the middle and when at the edges use heat gun to get rid of creases/air bubbles) 5. DONE ! (I was helped by my dad)

Does anybody know what coating is that?? I looked around and those colors can be achieved with 3 different techniques: TiNi, DLC and Laser coating. This winter I m gonna do some work on my bike and I would like some of those colorful forks!! I found a couple quotes so far : Laser coating for $300 both tubes or DLC for $195 I havent found Ti nitrate from any USA based company yet! What do you guys know about them shiny tubes?? LMK

I have recently acquired a C15 trials conversion. It has a 250 star engine 1970 that originally was exported to the USA. Trouble is I cannot identify the filler plug or the drain plug for the gearbox , neither the Rupert Ratio or a downloaded BSA Instruction Manual show the same configuration as mine. There is no obvious hexagon drain plug or filler plug. I assume the g'box is on the left side at the rear of the crankcase. On my bike there is a small hexagon [ 1/2 inch ] on top of the crankcase [ under the exhaust pipe !] and a prominent protruding Phillips screw at the base which may be the answer. Any information . Many thanks.

Just finished watching the Barcelona round on M&M and watching Adam Raga's celebration at the end of sticking a rocket to the fender and wheelieing it around the arena...and then he just jumps off the bike and lets it crash. How come none of them ever fail when celebrating? I've never seen any rider flip it or anything when pulling a massive wheelie around the arena...have you? HRC

How often should two stroke engine be decoked (cylinder head and exhaust). Also just took bike out for a top speed top gear blast and bike was issuing quite a bit of smoke after this - is this normal.

Hi, sorry more questions. I'm trying to figure out my fuel system on the 2007 rev 4T 250 4-stroke. Mostly out of curiosity so if anyone knows them and could fill me in I'd be very thankful. OK in the manual the fuel tap has a weird looking fuel tap? My doesn't have the same. I'll add some photos. Mine also has a fuel outlet at the back of the tank with a weird nob on it? The fuel outlet on the side of the tank doesn't seem to have an on/off? The fuel lines go into a little chrome cylinder which I'm guessing is a pump? It plugs into the wiring loom. The block connector the feeds it has 2 extra wires that have been cut? It also has a hot start cable that runs into the botto…

Hi, If anyone knows anything aboout wheel building please take a look at my post in PRE 65. I put it there as the wheel is on my Cub, but posted this as it doesn't appear many people use the pre 65 board! Steve.

OK, there aren't any cleans, loads of 3s and the odd 5 but i wouldn't ride on those terraces. Plenty of other videos on YouTube in the same vein to link to and there's one I've seen of them riding (clean) along the top of a wall/dam about 45cm wide. Loads of natural talent. Tenaci-Wong should be signing them.

So, I did Novice but would like to do amateur next time. I feel that would be my challenge there. Anyhow, the issue I am running into with RMTA is they are on Sat and Sun. To me it felt like more like a competitve supportive practice event, which I think why I fell in love with it. Sat and Sun are tough for me due to work, so wondering if there is another competition/event that holds on weekdays? or psosibly large get-together for all skill levels?
