Hi, I am having problems with cold foul plugs. When hot, the bike never fouls a plug. The Pilot Jet is 35 (Keihin). Any ideas how to fix this problem ? Thanks

Greetings all, I've just received a newsletter from the forestry panel. This came to me as I was one of those that responded to their request for opinion on the future of our forests and woodlands. I have hunted high and low on the internet for the dimensions of a 5F21 jet needle for a Mikuni carb. but with no success. I have been to every Mikuni and associated website that I can find and just about every other needle (but the 5F21) is listed. Has anyone got the dimensions for this jet needle? Many thanks.

Hi all, I have recently acquired a 1984 ty 250 (Canadian model) I am wanting to restore the bike to original condition, ie - all original stickers included. The headstock has a sticker with the model information, but part of it is missing. I'm wondering if there is anyone here who can help with a pic of one. The one on my frame has the model numbers etc, but I need a pic of a complete one in order to have a new one made. Thanks in advance!

I have a 2001 sherco 2.9 and the engine seems a little noisy so i have taken the top end down to check piston. Unfortunately i do not have micrometer and internal to measure bore and piston but without rings on i can get a 0.1mm feeler gauge snugly between liner and piston - does this mean there is too much play and an oversize piston is needed. Also would really like some advise on how to check main and big end bearings if possible. Thanks guys !
