Just got back into Trials and I am having trouble getting to grips with current age related cc regulations. My son is currently 16 - he will be 17 in 09. At the moment he rides a 125, but we are thinking about replacing his bike

This weekend we attended the southern experts trial (non stop) The sections in the clubman expert were well set out and the weather was cold and crisp. Unfortunately this is where the good points end. There was no consistency in the observers what so ever. I witnessed riders clearly stopping and getting away with it and other not so well known riders getting 5s there were many arguments between observers and clippers wether it was a 5 or not. One observer was even heard to say I gave him a 2 because he went backwards !! I watched riders stoping with one foot down and getting a 3 and the next rider doing the same and getting a 5. Hi all, So this year will be my first ever scott, excited,nervous and a load more emotions are currently running through my mind. I have a good friend who has rode the scott numerous times and tried to explain how he sees it and the best ways to prepare. Any of you Lllanfyllin guys have any info on the trial being run this year. Just wondering as I haven't heard or read anything about it yet. I remember there were land issues with nesting birds last year and think it was mentioned the trial may run later in the year to avoid a similar problem

hi guys i have started putting a few clips from yesterdays trail on you tube there under THE SCOTT, in autos. there is quite a few but the quality is not the best!! they were taken on my stills camera. i have tried to get as many riders as possible, at washfold. sorry if you not on any but its hard getting every rider !! i have also got some from bypass which i will upload soon fantastic day out as ever !!!!

Hi, i will be riding in my first ever trial this weekend at spen valley (tad nervous). Just wondering what kind of terrain is it? and what kind of things i should expect? also the trial starts at 1pm, what time is normal to turn up? and can you look at the sections before the start? any info will be great!!!! cheers
