Does anyone know of anyone or use their trials bikes for enduro/hare & hounds events? Also does anyone use a long ride conversion? Or are trials bikes frowned upon at these events?

I have not been able to get on Trialstribulations web site for a couple of days. Has something changed or are they just having web site issues? If something has changed, is there someone else that offers Beta parts on line like them?

Hi guys, I'm looking for a bit of advice regarding the world of trials. I love all disciplines of motorcycle sport and hold a full uk bike licence, however, I wouldn't entertain another sports bike. My current hobby is motocross, I only ride for fun and would class myself as an average rider. I crashed my bike at the weekend whilst on the track and luckily didn't break anything but I have severely bruised myself, I'm self employed with a busy schedule so I can't afford to be off work because of my hobby. I've had a little play on a trials bike but nothing serious. I suppose my real question is, appreciating that all disciplines carry the risk of injury, would trials be a…

http://www.smithandallan.com/products/transport-motorcycle/3477-smith-and-allan-fully-synthetic-2-stroke-oil/ Since Smith and Allen contributed towards the Scott programme I think it is appropriate to give them a mention on here. I first came across their products in the 1980s when they were used at the engineering company I worked for. I have now used them personally for many years and always found them to be good products and well priced. Their synthetic 2T as in the link above burns very very clean and after many years use engines run on it are virtually as new. I have no connection with Smith and Allen other than as a satisfied customer.

We're heading out to watch the Scott on Saturday. Any advice on the best place to watch with two young children (1 & 3!) - Good parking, short walk, no really steep banks for watching. Oh, and nice sunny weather!

Hi to all that are riding, helping or just spectating. I'm riding the Scott trial this year and I was looking for pointers as to where the best places to go would be and how to get there for the people who support the riders with spare wheels etc in case of bad puncture issues. I don't know the course that well and there will be I'm sure some people that do and know where the best places to go to provide support so all or any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
