The club i have most often competed with in the past have resumed events, but say that they are only accepting entries from club members. This year im not a club member of said club (mostly because of covid), im a member of no club, and because they aren't accepting any more members in 2020, i cant compete for another 5 months (maybe this will change in the near future). Ive noticed a lot of clubs throughout the UK are taking this stance, for reasons ranging from 'limited to numbers' and 'we want to support riders who have supported us pre covid'... Im a little vexed by this, and feel its a little discriminatory (and i am not the usual person who feels discriminated over …

Does anyone know where I could get some bike mounts to use in our Transit van to transport three bikes. They are needed to stop the bikes rolling around and would be used in conjunction with tie downs. Yommee Products do some, but their telephone number is out of service at the moment. Thanks in advance for your help.

Bit of a random one, at the Dirt Bike Show a few years ago there was a company selling sheds that were lined with metal cages. So from the outside it looked like a normal she’d but was far more secure. I’m pretty sure the chap was a trials rider. I think they were called Secure Sheds but can’t find any reference on the net so may not exist anymore. Anyone remember or know anything about them? Cheers

I've got a slow puncture on the rear tyre of the Gasser i've just bought, due to catching it on a rock. The tyres in good nick so the previous owner got it repaired and it lasts about 4 days before going down. I wondered about putting slime in it as a further repair - anybody used it? any downsides to it?

Hi there UK trial-mates! I'd like to get a nice portable cleaner that is unfortunately just available for UK shipping. https://www.jetwet.co.uk/product/jetwet-portable-power-washer/ I'm from Germany and so I'm looking for a nice trial-mate who would be kind and forward the parcel to Germany. Of course I'm going to pay all shipping costs to Germany in advance. I got some Boyesen power reeds and carbon fiber reeds for some Sherco bikes. One of them as a free gift for the helper! ? If not I'll find another way to say thank you.

Okay it's just in the Yorkshire area but Jack Challoner has made "Look North" with an interview about his invitation to compete in the XTrial at Sheffield. John Lampkin also makes an appearence. I couldn't see who the "three wise men" were watching Jack At Addingham Moorside.

As I sit here nursing yet another motocross related injury - broken collar bone this time , I,m seriously considering a change to trials and have a couple of basic questions 1) Is 55 too old to start ? lol 2) What is the ideal starter bike , I have a decent budget around 3.5 / 4 k on the basis that I,m conversant with both fitness and bike preparation this seems a good move to me but would welcome any thoughts / advice / info etc am based in the Heathrow area

didn't realise it was compulsory that if kids attended trials without riding they were expected to observe!!! maybe they just want to watch and have a walk round and enjoy themselves. perhaps if some riders weren't ignorant a***'s and actually said thanks after the observer has been stood there for 4hrs or so more people might volunteer their services!!!!!!!!!!!
