STOLEN !!!! Stolen from the Hailsham / Stone Cross ( East Sussex) area overnight 21 / 22nd Nov, Montesa 4RT 2006 and Gas Gas 300 Raga 2009. Having just gone through the misery of having two bikes stolen , one tiger cub engine no.t20 79495 and a fantic 300. I had some great news today. Adrian from TOR Yorkshire contacted me that someone was trying to sell him a fantic 300 near to me . Some hectic phone calls later and within 3 hours the police had recovered my bike and someone was in custody. Many thanks to Adrian and I would recommend anyone to contact as many dealers as possible if your bike is stolen . I HOPE THIS HELPS OTHER PEOPLE LOOKING FOR CHEERISHED BIKES . Copied from front page article: Following an operation earlier this week, Police officers from Greater Manchester Police recovered seven Off-Road motorbikes. One bike a Beta machine was quickly identified as a stolen bike from the Leeds area of West Yorkshire, the other machines were then examined and attempts to locate owners made. The bikes recovered were as follows , 3 Gas Gas Trials Bikes ( 2 have had their identification numbers removed) 1 Kawasaki KX 80 , 1 Honda CRF 450 , 1 Zongchen Quad bike. Don't know if this is the right forum but Greater Manchester Police at Radcliffe have found at least three trials bikes and it looks like two/three motocross bikes. One evo , what looks like a Sherco and I think a very distinctive green trials bike with green anodised wheel hubs ( possibly Gas Gas ) . My dads garage was broken into last night and my 04 315 was stolen . It is easy to identify as it had a mitani silencer and sump guard And a few carbon bits on it , fork leg protectors etc Any info gratefully received Thanks Guy

Four Beta's stolen from locked garage in the early hours of Sunday the 23rd Sept. after a trial at Bumpy In Leeds on the Saturday before. 2011 Beta Mini Trial Frame Nos ZEMMF2TC5AA101622 2012 EVO 80 Junior Frame Nos 266 2012 EVO 80 Frame Nos 443 2008 Rev3 270 Frame Nos 2D3T3010470200226. I was obvoulsy followed home. A mountain bike was also stolen which was recovered after seeing it come up on EBay in Warrington so it looks likes the bikes have gone over the Pennines.

Today I found that the secure lock-up where I keep the bikes that won't fit in my garage, isn't. Sometime over the weekend, my girlfriend's 125 Sherco, and my Honda CRF250x, were stolen. The thieves destroyed a steel security door, and tried to cut the lock off the gate, eventually making their escape by cutting a section of chainlink fence when the lock defeated them. This was from Cuddington, Cheshire, a couple of miles from my house. The Sherco is an '05, and has a few distinguishing features, most obvious being a Kehin carb. The Honda is an '04, registration PN04 PZJ, with a full lighting kit and 40mm bar risers. Any info most gratefully recieved. Mark

A mate has had his enduro bike stolen from his garage, here's the details: Gas Gas ec200. It is quite distinctive. Frame No VTREC2000D0230230. Yellow in colour as all the 200cc Gas Gas's. It has black 'Blackbird' graphics which have a section missing on off side tank. when taken it had race number 165 on front and both sides. Has new black 'Bike it' grips on fat bars so no cross brace. Has 'DEP' big bore front pipe and FMF silencer. The wheels have an unusual semi circular sction (no flats or shapes on the rims). Unfortunatly two bsa c15 trials bikes were stolen on friday 20th april from john garrods home garage in Scunthorpe.one is registered bvh455a black frame alloy tank. on the 7th of febuary my garage was broken into and stolen was montesa 247 rolling chassis in good nick complete,the engine was left .and also a beta tr34 which was complete but stood outside for about 5 years so pretty rusty .the beta belonged to my brother gary bamford who was killed in an accident last year and the montesa was my dads so sentimental .i will give reward for info thanks
